Fans are not happy with Khloe Kardashian's latest Instagram Story. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star posted a photo which implied that she was calling her on-again off-again boyfriend Tristan Thompson her soulmate. This did not go over well with her followers. They found it to be embarrassing on her half due to the numerous times Tristan has cheated on Khloe in the past. Khloe recently called their daughter True Thompson her soulmate on Instagram as well.
Khloe and Tristan have had a rocky relationship over the years; however, they seem to be in a good place as of a recently. Quarantine helped the two focus on their relationship. Tristan even stayed with Khloe while she was sick to help take care of True. They spent the holidays together as a family of three in Boston. Many fans have been speculating that the two are engaged because Khloe has been seen rocking a massive diamond ring. Khloe was also recently bashed for her heartfelt birthday message to Tristan which implied that Tristan's cheating was just another life obstacle that the couple had to work through.
Khloe's Instagram followers are not crazy about her latest Instagram Story. Khloe shared a black and white photo on her story of an older couple which read, "Soulmates always win." Most assumed that Khloe's photo was subtly implying that Tristan is her soulmate because they have worked through so many issues in the past. Reddit users were quick to bash on Khloe, calling it embarrassing. Her mindset of Tristan's cheating being just another life obstacle the couple had to work through is seen as being depressing. Khloe is perceived as constantly being in denial of the reality of her relationship.
Many agreed they will never approve of Khloe and Tristan as a couple. The two tend to come off as being awkward when they are around each other. Although Khloe and her ex husband Lamar Odom ultimately went through a nasty divorce, the two once had a strong chemistry in their relationship. This is something that fans never saw between Khloe and Tristan. One user wrote, "I feel bad for her that her concept of a soulmate involves that person cheating on her when she's about to give birth." Another pointed out that the last time Khloe said something like this Tristan cheated on her. They fear that it will soon happen again despite them currently seeming to be in a good place.
No matter what happens between Khloe and Tristan, whether they continue to co-parent True without being involved romantically or ultimately get married one day, it does not seem like her fans will ever fully approve of their relationship. The current state of Khloe and Tristan's relationship as well as their journey to having more kids is set to be shown throughout the final season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
