In a recent interview with i-D, Kendall opened up about how important her independence is to her. “At a young age, I had to give up that control and let someone else portray me in the way that they wanted to, for an editorial or a campaign or commercial – whatever it was," Kendall said of her early years in modeling and reality television. "That was my job." Now as one of the highest-paid supermodels in the world, with her own dominating spirits brand, Kendall can make her own rules and standards for her life. "Now, being on the other side is taking that control back in a way, building my own brand, and feeling empowered – and it has been really amazing," Kendall shared.
With Kendall being one of a family of business-minded women, the fashion model credited her mom and sisters for serving as some of her inspiration. "As a woman and as someone who comes from a really female-driven family, it was really cool to put all my tools to work," Kendall added. In the last two years, Kendall has spent more time doing what she loves. Modeling and spending time with her friends and boyfriend. Kendall and Devin have traveled together and recently enjoyed a lavish Super Bowl date alongside Justin and Hailey Bieber. Her latest cover spread reminds spectators that Kendall is still a dominating force in the modeling scene that can serve up a few X-rated looks.
