Ken Jeong rarely thinks rationally on The Masked Singer and typically gives the most unrealistic guesses of all the panelists. He looks a little too closely at the clues and ends up with laughable guesses. During season 7, Ken was convinced Armadillo was Academy Award-winning actor Al Pacino, but he was actually Dog the Bounty Hunter. In a recent episode, Ken guessed Robo Girl as Only Murders In The Building actress Cara Delevigne and even special guest Andrew Lloyd Webber thought the guess was ridiculous.

While some fans find Ken's outrageous guesses funny, others are tired of him being so unrealistic and wish he would take the show more seriously. Ken loves to make a scene with his guesses. He often stands up and exclaims, "I know exactly who this is," before shouting out an absurd guess. Some fans think this takes away from the show and wish he would put more effort into making accurate guesses. However, not all of Ken's guesses have been bad. Throughout the seasons, there have been a handful of times when Ken was on point.

Times On The Masked Singer When Ken Jeong Guessed Correctly

Throughout The Masked Singer seasons, Ken has surprisingly guessed 10 costumes correctly. During season 1, the panelist got one contestant right, figuring out that Beverly Hills, 90210 star Tori Spelling was behind the Unicorn costume. A season later, he correctly guessed Thingamajig as NBA player Victor Oladipo, and during season 3, he was right again, guessing baseball pitcher Barry Zito as Rhino. Season 4 was Ken's best season yet, as he got three contestants correct. The Masked Singer panelist correctly guessed comedian Bob Saget as the Squiggly Monster, Chicago Bulls player Lonzo Ball as Whatchamacallit, and Olympic snowboarder Chloe Kim as the Jellyfish.

Unfortunately, he didn't keep up the good guesses for season 5, as the only contestant he got correct was singer Bobby Brown as the Crab. Athletes seem to be Ken's strong spot, and during season 6, he figured out that the Octopus was Lakers player Dwight Howard. During the same season, Ken guessed that the Banana Split costume was Katherine McPhee and legendary songwriter David Foster. His last correct guess was during season 7, and he shocked everyone when he was correct. While fellow panelist Nicole Scherzinger thought actress Pamela Anderson was behind Lemur, Ken knew it was actually 80s supermodel Christie Brinkley.

There have also been some times on The Masked Singer when Ken was not correct but had realistic guesses. During season 1, Ken thought the Alien was singer and dancer Paula Abdul. It turns out, Alien was Latoya Jackson, but the two are around the same age, and since Alien did do some dancing during her performances, it was definitely one of his better guesses. During season 2, Ken made another good guess when he thought Butterfly was Mel B from the Spice Girls. In one of the contestant's clue packages, she referenced London, which led Ken to believe she was a member of the UK-based girl group.

The Butterfly was revealed as Destiny's Child singer Michelle Williams, but Ken was accurate in guessing a girl group member. Plus, both groups were popular in the 90s. Another one of Ken's accurate guesses came in season 3 when he thought country singer Brad Paisley was the Banana. The Banana was actually Bret Michaels, but both singers have released country music, so Ken wasn't too far off this time. Ken guessed well again for Bull during season 6, mistaking Todrick Hall for Taye Diggs. Todrick and Taye have both been on Broadway and even played the same role. They were both Billy Flynn in Chicago, with Taye performing in 2002 and Todrick joining in 2017.

Ken may have some wild guesses on The Masked Singer, but there have been times when he's done a good job, and he deserves credit for his accurate guesses. He may have never won the golden ear trophy on the show, and his fellow panelists may do a better job at guessing than he does, but if he pays attention during the clue packages and thinks rationally, Ken might be able to catch up to them.
