Fourteen years ago, Keeping Up With The Kardashians premiered on E! and forever changed the world of reality TV. KUWTK has documented the Kardashian-Jenner clan's wildest experiences, which includes both their victories and less desirable moments. Fans who have watched the series since day one feel like they have grown up with the Kardashians, especially Kylie Jenner, who was only 9 years old during the first season!

Last week, Keeping Up With The Kardashians premiered its eighteenth season, switching to a new night: Thursdays. In the spirit of the new season, let's take a look at ten questions we have after watching the season eighteen premiere.

Is The Opening Intro Somehow Different?

The Keeping Up With The Kardashiansintro has changed multiple times throughout its 14-year span. Originally, the family was posing in front of a scenic LA backdrop, being their typical rowdy selves as the photographer tries wrangling them all together. Baby Kylie then pulls the curtain behind them, revealing a fake backdrop being used in front of the Jenner household. In 2017, the women gave homage to pioneer opening by recreating the credits for their season fourteen promos.

Season twelve introduced a fast cut of what felt like a chic modeling shoot featuring each of the Kardashian-Jenner women, cutting out Rob and Caitlyn. Then in season fourteen, for the show's 10th anniversary, KUWTK changed their tune completely, featuring home videos of the gang in their childhood juxtaposed against contemporary footage, set to the whimsical piano tune "Morning" by Francis and the Lights. This season, KUWTK has tweaked their intro slightly by updating the footage used in the opening, which seems to be very Khloe-centric!

Does Khloe Really Not Have Kourtney's Back?

Kourtney and Khloe used to have a special kinship that set them apart from their other siblings. In earlier seasons, Khloe and Kourtney were the dynamic duo, constantly getting into hilarious shenanigans and laughing it up while poking fun at each other. During the KUWTK premiere, Kourtney confessed to Khloe that she doesn't feel like Khloe has her back anymore.

Once Khloe attained her "revenge body" and founded her clothing company Good American, resentment towards Kourtney's work ethic began to surface, and who better to commiserate with than Kourtney's #1 frenemy and professional workaholic herself-- Kim Kardashian. Though Khloe claims to be supportive of Kourtney, she made several snickering faces towards the camera and seems exasperated with any emotion Kourt unveils.

Is There Still Animosity Between Kourt and Kim/Khlo?

As mentioned above, the tides have shifted between the Kardashian sisters, and three's always a crowd! In the last two seasons, it's been quite apparent to everyone in the family that Kourtney has been iced out by the other two, due to their resentment over Kourtney supposedly not pulling her weight.

In the premiere, it was made known that Khloe is still starkly Team Kim and the animosity between Kourt vs. Kim/Khlo has yet to dissipate.

The Olive Branch: Are Tristan And Kim Being Real With Each Other?

After last years scandal (which came off the heels of a previous scandal) involving Tristan cheating on Khloe with her baby sister's best friend, Jordyn Woods-- who was considered to be "like family" by the Kardashian-Jenner clan-- the sisters understandably stood by Khloe's side and banded together against Tristan. Kim, in particular, led the charge against True's baby daddy, who she finally made amends with during the premiere.

Kim invited Tristan to eat dinner with her friends (including FoodGod and America's Next Top Model alum Winnie Harlow) when he happened to spot her in NYC, and they had a great time. Their reconciliation seemed genuine on both sides, and Kim was over-the-moon gushing to Khloe about her newfangled friend. Will their reunification last?

Will Kylie Appear More This Season?

Kylie has stepped away from the KUWTK limelight for quite some time now, especially now that she's lost her best friend, Jordyn Woods. The 22-year-old billionaire is surprisingly mature and introspective for her age and seems surprisingly less consumed with the cameras than her older sisters.

Even though Kylie was featured prominently in the premiere, it's doubtful we will be seeing more of her throughout the season. Kylie's distance from the show is what Kourtney envies, but that's the difference between being a billionaire and being a millionaire!

What's Up With That Costa Rica Bill Debacle?

What even was that argument Kourtney brought up to Kim regarding Costa Rica? As Kim breaks it down in a confessional, she hosted a birthday getaway for North in Costa Rica that Scott and Kourtney joined the last minute, which caused Kim to kick her security off the private plane to make room. Kim asked Kourt if she would pay for her security's commercial flights, considering Kim would be covering everything else.

Kourtney brings up being billed to Kim in a snotty tone, and Khloe lashes out at her, jumping to Kim's defense. Watching these sisters argue over a bill that's chump change to them is puzzling, and Khloe isn't afraid to point out how ludicrous it all seems.

Blurred Lines: Did Kim Step Out Of Line When She Invited Tristan To Khloe's Dinner?

After Kim and Tristan have their breakthrough dinner in NYC, Kim seems to be all about the basketball star, completely changing her tune from last season when she was adamantly against his presence. During one of his visits to Los Angeles, Tristan is spending time with True at Khloe's house, where the sisters (plus Kris) plan to have dinner together.

Kim automatically invites Tristan to join them for dinner, which makes Khloe uncomfortable. In a confessional, Khloe admits she and Tristan have never sat down for dinner together without True, so it was awkward for Kim to invite him without asking her. She later confronts Kim, who apologizes for always butting in. Although Khloe might be annoyed that Kim is overstepping her bounds, Kim's intentions are true (no pun intended!) at heart.

What's Going To Happen With The Kylie X Balmain Show?

Kris Jenner was so proud of her favorite daughter (no speculation, she admitted it on the show), billionaire Kylie when she landed a collaboration with the in vogue French fashion house, Balmain. Kylie seemed excited (for once) for the Balmain show; she planned on being the creative director of the runway show and even intended on being the last walk of the night... until a staph infection in her throat knocked her down.

As shown in the KUWTK premiere, Kris flies to Paris without Kylie, who stays behind to be examined by doctors. After she's diagnosed with a staph infection, Kris began to panic. In typical Kris Jenner fashion, she tries to bribe Kim with $400,000 in cash to replace Kylie in the show. Kim turns her down, and the episode ends unresolved-- will someone in the clan eventually end up taking Kylie's place?

Kim Vs. Kourtney: Who Wins The Fight?

The cliffhanger ending of season eighteen's premiere left us amidst a slap. After Kim makes yet another dig regarding Kourtney's poor work ethic, Kourtney loses her cool, lunging at Kim in a fit of rage after warning her: "I will literally f--k you up!" Surprisingly, Kim fights back, and fights back rough! The two oldest sisters go at each other no holds barred, which scares their younger sister, Kendall Jenner.

Khloe tries to intervene, but it also seems like she's loving every minute of it, completely aware of how dramatic this will look on camera. You can hear both of their voices shaking, first Kim wailing: "don't ever dig your nails into ME like that! How old are you?" Kim proceeds to bop Kourtney in the forehead, acting more violent than we've ever seen before. Kourtney backs away, lamenting: "how old am I? How old are YOU?" An ominous "To Be Continued" screen pops up right in the middle of the fight's peak, insuring the viewers will return next Thursday to see the conclusion play out.
