Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Khloe Kardashian has finally said goodbye to her beautiful, magical mansion. But before moving out, she did a fan service by giving everyone a tour of her wonderful house.
Khloe bought the house from Justin Bieber years ago (via People) and then finally decided to sell it last month. It is fair to say that she has spent the most exciting part of her life in the house, growing old and making memories. The Calabasas house has had many celebrity owners and was originally bought by Khloe for $7.2 million. It was sold for $15.5 Million, double the amount Khloe paid for it initially. The amazing property was originally listed for $18.95 million, and even though it sold for a little less, it generated a huge profit. However, it seems like the profit is the last thing on the E! star's mind as she had a tough time moving out of her home.
While Khloe said she is happy for the new owners, it is clear that she was a bit devastated on her last day in the house. Luckily, many Keeping Up With The Kardashians fans got to see the tour of her place before she moved out. And Khloe made sure she gets to take a souvenir by capturing Instagram stories. During the walk-through tour, the Good American founder strolled around filming on her phone and capturing huge empty rooms. Her followers could see rooms with high ceilings and big windows. Things got emotional when the mommy-of-one captured the room with her baby girl's nursery. The place that would remind her of True's first year was now sitting empty and clear. Khloe then took the entire tour outside, giving spectators a view of the breathtaking garden. The 36-year-old reality TV star said, "I can't wait to recreate at another home. I'm probably such a loser with how much I love gardening landscaping, but it's just magic." She continued, "I love flowers. They make you happy!" With such a memorable tour, it is clear that Khloe will miss this home a lot.
Another Kardashian-Jenner family member who is probably missing her old home is momager Kris Jenner. She has also sold her property in August this year (via Dirt). The Keeping Up With The Kardashians celeb Kris sold her over nine thousand sq. ft. Hidden Hills home for $15 million, gaining almost $5 million profit on the house.
