Recently on Twitter, Maluma and Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Scott Disick went back and forth in a small heated exchange, confusing fans of both stars. In the last couple of months, the two have been seen together a handful of times. Now, they're seemingly fighting on social media.
The argument started off on July 6 with Disick tweeting at Maluma, and then Maluma quote-tweeting with a fiesty reply back. The two haven't responded to the shots fired, leaving fans wondering what started the quarrel and what the context of the argument is. Some have been trying to figure out the mystery girl they could be fighting over, while others have speculated it has to do with the music video that the two are rumored to be working on together recently in Florida. Their friendship had become obvious earlier this year when Disick wished the Latin star a happy birthday on Instagram, captioning the photo, "Happy birthday Papi."
According to E!, model Eden Fines and Disick will be starring in the Colombian musician's next music video. The video was filmed in Miami, where the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star and Fines will be in a love triangle with Maluma. Could this all be a show to hype up the release? Disick and Maluma had been seen with Fines and friends, stepping out around the time of filming for dinner in South Beach. A few weeks later the trio was then seen again out in Miami celebrating with friends the grand opening of a hotel. Photos also surfaced that Maluma also previously linked up with Kim Kardashian. Though there is a significant age difference, fans can't help but be excited now that Kim is single and wonder if there's potential for romance there between the two. There doesn't seem to be any bad blood linked to the Kardashian family and Maluma to believe the beef is too serious.
There's no real reason to believe Disick and the Latin star have any real reason to be enemies. It can be assumed this is all some sort of stunt to get fans ready for the video and the plotline of the love triangle. Fans will have to wait for the video release to know the real reason behind the Twitter feud. Hopefully, nothing comes in between this friendship.
