Keeping Up With The Kardashians fans took a trip down memory lane by looking at old wedding photos between Kris Jenner and her late ex-husband Robert Kardashian Sr. As the father of Kourtney, Kim, Khloe, and Rob Kardashian, fans are often remembering the famed lawyer for birthing a reality star empire.
Kris and Robert got married back in 1978 before welcoming four children together. They enjoyed years together up until their split in 1991. Their marriage was plagued by cheating rumors on both parts. Kris has openly admitted to being unfaithful to her husband during their time together and regretting it. Robert rose to fame in the mid-90s after representing his friend O.J. Simpson in his scandalous 1994 murder trial. In 2003, Robert Kardashian Sr. sadly passed away following a battle with cancer. But just four years later, his children made their reality TV inception which helped make them superstars and household names. His children have helped to keep his memory and legacy alive long after his passing.
On Tuesday, show fans took to Reddit to share a few photos from Kris and Robert's 1978 wedding. "Kris Houghton and Robert Kardashian's Wedding 1978," the thread was titled. The photos showed a much younger version of the momager. She appeared more youthful and slimmer in figure and looked jubilant in the photos that showed her and the attorney dancing and smiling together. O.J. Simpson was also seen in one of the photos as he was a close friend and one of Robert's groomsmen. Kris has shared how heartbreaking it was dealing with the murder of Nicole Brown Simpson. The former couple's shady history has come out over the years, and many Redditors relived the shocking revelations in the comments section.
"It’s wild that she lied to him about her age for so long and he only found either right before or right after they got married (I don’t remember which," one fan said. "Imagine marrying someone who won’t even tell you their age lol," added another. Another fan shared a link to an article that claimed Kris was encouraged to date older men with money. "This article about their relationship mentions MJ pushing her towards older/wealthier men," the fan claimed. "She cheated on this golfer who was over 10 years older than her with Robert when she was only 17."
Others mentioned all of the details of her past that Kris shared in her memoir. "Jeesh she's a serial cheater lol," added another fan. After their divorce, Kris quickly remarried Olympic gold medalist Bruce Jenner. They went on to welcome Kendall and Kylie Jenner before working together to help their family secure a reality TV show....and the rest is history.
