Model and entrepreneur Jordyn Woods used to appear on Keeping Up With The Kardashians and she recently shared a photo thanking Kris Jenner for giving her a set of branded cleaning products. Kris sent the gifts following Jordyn's rift with Kylie Jenner. Kris is the first KUWTK family member to extend a public olive branch to former family friend Jordyn Woods. Jordyn and Kylie are reportedly no longer friends. This is because Jordyn was once caught kissing Khloé's then-boyfriend (and current rekindled flame) Tristan Thompson.
It's been two years since Khloé Kardashian (who is currently dealing with a leaked photo and alleged coverup scandal) discovered that her NBA star boyfriend made out with her younger half-sister's best friend at a party. While Jordyn apologized, Kylie cut her off as a friend, and the family excommunicated her. Since then, Khloé continues to get called out for forgiving Tristan but not forgiving Jordyn. A few months ago, Khloé clapped back at one online critic who accused Khloé of preventing Kylie and Jordyn from being friends. At the time, Khloé said she has "no ill feelings" towards Jordyn and stated that her sister is free to be friends with whomever she chooses.
Now, it looks like momager Kris Jenner is trying to make amends with her daughter's former BFF. Last week, Jordyn took to her Instagram Story to share a personalized gift she received from Chrissy Teigen and Kris Jenner's new cleaning line, Safely. "Always love some new cleaning products," Jordyn captioned the pic while also tagging Chrissy and Kris. "Jordyn received PR package from Kris (and Chrissy)," one Reddit user captioned a screengrab of Jordyn's post. While many assumed the Safely cleaning company gift was Kris's way of reaching out to Jordyn, others weren't willing to give the momager that much credit.
One Reddit commenter credited Kris for making a "pretty smart business move!" They continued, "It gets people talking about the brand (I'm sure there will be a few articles saying 'Kris Jenner reaches out to Jordyn' etc) and it makes Kris look good for not holding a grudge or whatever," they explained. That person added, "Normally I wouldn't be so cynical and think it was just someone being a decent person but this is Kris we're talking about." Another praised the gift as a classic Kris Jenner move. "I fu**ing love how classic Kris Jenner this is," they said, adding, "At the end of the day, I think you’re right though! This was a good business move."
It looks like the Kardashian PR machine that possibly fueled Kim and Kanye divorce rumors may be at work again. This possible public relations gambit may be very successful. "I know it's just PR but it's so good to see that maybe the "beef" is cooling down," someone else commented. They added, "I really hope they can all go back to a polite relationship." Whether the gift was a PR move or not, Kris successfully promoted her new business as she also worked to ease the tension between Jordyn and the family. Maybe fans will get to see Jordyn and the Keeping Up With the Kardashians family reunited in the future.
