Kendall Jenner from Keeping up with the Kardashians had no trouble being inside during the stay-at-home order California put in place due to the ongoing coronavirus; just look at her cozy and chic Los Angeles home. She created a space for comfort using warm, neutral tones with organic textures.

The 25-year-old has been using her modeling and reality TV money to good use by buying and design a gorgeous home in the Los Angeles area. She bought the home for over $8.5 million in the Mulholland Estates area where celebrities from Christina Aguilera to DJ Khaled have lived before. A popular area for celebrities as it provides a gated community with its own security. Before Kendall bought the home in 2017, it was originally owned by actor Charlie Sheen, according to Fancy Pants Home. Kendall has since completely renovated adding her own style to this space.

During an interview with Architectural Digest last summer, Kendall opened the doors to her home and spoke about how she and her team came up with the design for her home. The model worked with the mother-and-son duo Kathleen and Tommy Clements, and Waldo Fernandez for her interior design. When the team began working with Kendall, Tommy was surprised by her more bohemian taste in design. Compared to her family, Kendall's taste was much more understated and down-to-earth. When the reality star bought the house, she was drawn to the Spanish style and knew she could create a space that was quiet and serene from this home. “I like a house that has character...I was immediately drawn to the peaceful Spanish-y, farmhouse-y vibe,” Kendall noted of her home. “My life involves a lot of chaos and travel and high energy, so I wanted a home that feels serene, a place where I can simply zone out and relax." Kendall even made few structural changes by converting two bedrooms into a glam and fitting room.

Her living room embodies warm, organic textures with earthy tones and supremely comfortable furniture. A fireplace at one end of the space and two deep sofas with an array of textured pillows make this space perfect for entertaining family and friends. Kendall revealed that she does not have "a lot of ragers going on" at her home, but loves a space that allows her to kick back and relax with her guests in a cozy atmosphere. Her home has also allowed her to become more comfortable in the kitchen. She also had the help of her older sisters and her mother, Kris Jenner, set up her kitchen for maximum efficiency. Not to mention her home is filled with unique modern art pieces with works from artists such as Barbara Kruger and Richard Prince. Although she is new to the art world, Kendall only chooses pieces that meant something to her and gave her "a gut reaction."

Kendall even installed an arts-and-crafts room in what used to be the home theatre was created to bring her back to her love of fashion, while also calming her from the hustle and bustle of her professional life. Her Spanish-style farmhouse is a sweet escape from the runaways and constant paparazzi flashing lights.
