There is no denying that the Keeping Up With the Kardashians sisters are known for their impeccable bodies and hourglass shapes, and we have lots of information about their daily workouts to share. While some might argue that their flawless looks are the result of plastic surgery, the family members actually work out a lot. Each sister has her own workout style. Fans can try out their workouts to see which sister's exercise style is right for them.

Khloé Kardashian broke the Internet when she posted her fitness transformation photo. After splitting from her husband, Lamar Odem, Khloé started working out regularly. More recently, she said that working out helped her to keep her cool during quarantine. She is becoming the poster girl for all things fitness. However, Khloé's sisters aren't too different. Fitness is a part of the entire family's routine, although a couple of sisters work out just a few days a week. The others exercise every day, or close to it.

Kim Kardashian

Since she started working with her new trainer Melissa Alcantara, Kim's workout routine has gotten a lot more intense. The reality star is in the gym six days a week for an hour and a half. Melissa told Women's Health that: "85 percent of our training is weight training, and the other 15 is made of up cardio." Each day focuses on a different muscle set. The sets are legs and butt, chest and triceps, and back and biceps. It's no surprise that Kim's favorite is legs and butt day.

The beauty mogul also dedicates an entire day at the gym to toning her abs. Her favorite exercises include lying leg lifts, reverse V-ups, pike-ups on a stability ball, and bicycle crunches. To work her upper body, Kim uses moderate weight with higher reps. Her workout consists of chest presses, overhead presses, bicep curls, tricep dips, renegade rows, and lat pulldowns. While Kim isn't the cardio queen, she does incorporate some high-intensity interval training, such as ball slams, burpees, and ladder drills. These moves boost her heart rate. Finally, Kim works her booty and legs twice a week in order to maintain her signature curves. The SKIMS founder, whose shapewear line has been harshly dissed, also focuses on weight training to tone her lower body. She performs a range of exercises, including seated leg extensions, hamstring curls, sumo barbell squats, leg presses, barbell deadlifts, and standing calf raises.

Kourtney Kardashian

Similar to her younger sister, Kourtney works out with her trainer Don Brooks six days a week. However, she does stray from Kim's weight training regime. Don opts to combine cardio with strength training. This gets Kourtney's heart rate up and also sculpts her body. Don told Women's Health, "Most people go to the gym and do cardio first and their resistance training. What I do is choose a lot of multi-functional movements that are cardio based, but a*s resistance bands for tightening and toning."

One similarity between the sisters' fitness plans is that they love their squats. Kourtney's squat variations include squats jumps with a resistance band, squats with a side-kick, and squats with bicep curls. However, the oldest sister argues that her fit physique is a result of her strict diet and choosing leisure activities that require some physical exertion.

Khloé Kardashian

After Khloé's inspiring transformation (she has been sharing unfiltered photos lately), she happily shared her entire workout routine with fans. She even detailed a six-day workout plan that is definitely challenging. Khloé starts the week with a cardio workout, such as VersaClimber, SoulCycle, or boxing. The following day, Khloé works her legs and butt. She loves toning this muscle group, just like her sisters do. She enjoys using full-body movements to work her glutes, including jump squats, back lunges with side squats, sandbag bridges, one-leg deadlifts with a kettlebell, and clean squats.

Khloé's least favorite group is her upper body. She usually opts for basic weighted movements. However, she will join Kourtney when she is looking for an extra push to get through a grueling day. Finally, after toning all of her muscles, she ends the week with a full-body workout. Her favorite exercise to end the week with is using battle ropes.

Kendall Jenner

While her older sisters are all about strict diet and rigorous exercise plans, Kendall's approach is relaxed. She usually does a combination of strength and cardio exercises while in the gym. While fans are more likely to turn to sisters Khloé and Kim for their glute routines, Kendall is definitely the sister to look up to when it comes to ab workouts.

Luckily for fans, Kendall revealed an ab workout at Byrdie, which she swears by. Fans can do this workout at home. The movements consist of a forearm plank for 30 seconds, a high plank for 30 seconds, a side plank for 15 seconds, and a side plank with crunch (with 5 reps on each side). It also includes a single-arm/leg plank for 15 seconds, a rocking plank for 15 seconds, a knee-to-elbow plank (with 5 reps on each side), and 20 crunches. In addition, she does bicycle crunches for 30 seconds, vertical crunches for 20 seconds, 15 frog crunches, 15 twisted crunches, and 15 leg lifts.

Kylie Jenner

Before becoming pregnant with Stormi, Kylie was able to stay thin and toned without paying too much attention to her diet or exercise routine. However, since the days of craving certain foods while pregnant with Stormi and then giving birth, a lot has changed. Her main workouts consist of running, lower body strength exercises, and family workouts. As the youngest Kardashian-Jenner, Kylie has plenty of sisters to turn to when looking for fitness advice.

Kylie works with trainer Gunnar Peterson, who also assists Khloé and Kendall. However, she doesn't follow a strict schedule like most of her sisters. She typically works her lower and upper body twice a week. When she's not with a trainer, she enjoys running in the Hollywood Hills.

It's safe to say that the Kardashians can do it all. Even with their busy schedules, they find time to work out. Their workouts are anything but boring. Each sister brings a different element to her fitness routine. This means that fans have a wide variety of workouts to choose from. Whether fans want abs like Kendall, glutes like Kim, or a full-body burn, the Kardashians provide workout inspiration.
