To celebrate Keeping Up With the Kardashians star Kourtney Kardashian's 42nd birthday this week, Travis Barker planned numerous surprises for his reality star girlfriend. Kourtney and the Blink-182 drummer have been posting photos on their respective social media accounts, which show off how they celebrated her birthday. Travis went all out for Kourtney, by filling her home with hundreds of flowers, taking her to the beach, and treating her to a romantic dinner.
Travis and Kourtney first sparked dating rumors earlier this year, after being spotted together on numerous occasions. Travis had been a friend of the family for quite some time. In fact, he and Kourtney are neighbors. Travis has even been seen on past episodes of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. The two made their relationship Instagram official after spending a romantic Valentine's Day together. As they continued to flirt on social media, Travis shared a sweet birthday message (including a kissing photo) for Kourtney on Instagram. In the post, Travis shared his love for Kourtney, calling her a "blessing to this world."
Travis's birthday plans for Kourtney were shared on social media. In a Kardashianesque manner, Travis filled Kourtney's home with flowers early Sunday morning. Small white gardenia flowers hung from the ceiling, where they floated over a large matching arrangement. Some of Kourtney's friends and family shared videos and photos of the flowers on their own social media accounts. They were amazed by how gorgeous the arrangements were. Kim Kardashian, who had flown in from her weekend in Miami (where she posed with Columbian singer Maluma) to see Kourtney on her birthday, explained that the scent of flowers filled the entire home. The couple later traveled to Laguna Beach, California to spend a romantic day at the beach together. Kourtney posted beautiful landscape photos on her @kourtneykardash Instagram story, while Travis posted a bikini shot of Kourtney laying face down on the sand in front of him. As they enjoyed the sun and the sounds of the waves, a plane flew by with a banner that read, "Happy Birthday Kourtney." According to TMZ, their intimate beach day was full of PDA. This is a couple that never shies away from PDA. In fact, one of the videos that @travisbarker posted for Kourtney made some fans cringe. Although Kourtney spent the majority of her birthday away from her three children, they too honored their mom. Kourtney shared a video of the handwritten birthday card Penelope made her, in the middle of a flower path leading down their stairway. There is no doubt that Kourtney will continue to celebrate her birthday as the week goes on. As longtime Keeping Up With the Kardashians fans know, it is not a Kardashian birthday without an over-the-top party.
