Travis Barker was born in Fontana, California on November 14, 1975, and many fans of his did not think that one day he'd go on to start dating Kourtney Kardashian. He grew up with his mother Gloria, his father Randy, and two older sisters. At four years old, Travis' mother gave him his first drum set, and he began taking lessons the following year. Besides the drums, Travis learned to play the trumpet and piano, and was even a part of his school's choir. Unfortunately, right before his first day of high school, Travis's mother passed away from Sjögren syndrome, an immune system disorder.
