Scott Disick seems to be moving quite quickly with his new girlfriend. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star and girlfriend Amelia Hamlin have been hunting for houses together. The two have received much backlash for their 18-year age difference.
Scott Disick has been part of Keeping Up With the Kardashians since the first season 14 years ago. At the time, he was dating his now-ex, Kourtney Kardashian. In the first season of the show, Kourtney and Scott considered getting married before changing their minds, as Kourtney feared such a large commitment. The two welcomed their first child, Mason, together in 2009. They later had their daughter, Penelope, and youngest son, Reign. Despite some rough patches, Kourtney and Scott are now in a good place with their co-parenting. They both have dated separate people since their breakup. Scott was in a serious relationship with Sofia Richie for quite some time, but they broke up in August. Now, he is dating 19-year-old model Amelia Hamlin. Despite receiving much backlash for their age difference, the Kardashian family seems to support the new romance.
Things are escalating quite quickly in Scott and Amelia's relationship. People reported that the new couple was seen touring luxurious homes listed for sale in Los Angeles. As he often does work with real estate – as seen on his show, Flip It Like Disick – Scott was apparently looking for his next investment. It is unknown what this upcoming buying opportunity is for. Scott's agent, Tomer Fridman, who has also worked with many of the Kardashian family members, joined the house hunting outing. Scott, Amelia, and Tomer toured at least three different homes, if not more. All of the houses the three saw had listing prices over $65 million. Tomer represents two of the homes they visited.
The first home Scott and Amelia visited was the Owlwood Escape, which had a listing price of $115 million. This 12,201 square-foot home sits on 10 acres and includes 9 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. The house also offers "an Olympic swimming pool, pool house and tennis court." The two then visited a home that was previously owned by restaurateur Michael Chow and fashion designer Eva Chow. This $65 million home is located down the street from the Playboy Mansion. The last of the three known homes Scott and Amelia visited is located in Holmby Hills and listed at $69.95 million. Of the many luxurious amenities, this house offers an indoor swimming pool, a dining room big enough for 20 people, and a two-floor library.
While it is unknown whether Scott was touring these luxurious homes for personal reasons or business purposes, he essentially confirmed his relationship with Amelia by taking her along with him. He obviously values her opinion if he asked her to join the house hunting outing, or he just enjoys her company. Whatever the case may be, Scott has definitely moved on from his ex, Sofia Richie. If Scott is looking to purchase one of these homes for himself, the last one seems to be the best option, as it has a large enough dining room to seat the entire Keeping Up With the Kardashians family.
