This year, Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson dressed up as Cleopatra and Mark Antony for Halloween. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians couple’s intertwined outfits confirm they’re back together.
Khloé and Tristan started dating in August 2016. By October, they confirmed their relationship on social media with a Halloween costume. The reality star dressed up as Storm, and the Canadian basketball player dressed up as Black Panther. Approximately one year into their relationship, news of Khloé’s pregnancy was leaked. Merely a month later, Tristan was caught on camera kissing other women. At the same time, more videos and photos were leaked that proved Tristan's infidelity. In the same month, True Thompson was born and Tristan was present for the occasion. Despite the cheating allegations, Khloé tried to work through her relationship issues with her boyfriend and baby daddy. After being on and off, the couple officially broke up when it was discovered Tristan had an affair with Jordyn Woods, Kylie Jenner’s best friend at the time. Nearly two years later, Khloé and Tristan have decided to give their relationship another chance.
For Halloween this year, Khloé dressed up as Cleopatra and Tristan wore a Mark Antony costume. True was included in the ensemble as well, but she wasn’t a specific historical character. Khloé simply referred to her as “Royal Highness True." The trio showed off their creative costumes at Kendall Jenner’s Halloween party. An insider told E! they showed up fashionably late and “were having a great time drinking and dancing. Tristan rarely left her side.” Kylie Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian also attended the spooky event. According to the source, the other members of the Kardashian-Jenner clan were delighted Tristan was there. “It seemed completely normal to have him be there. They were all hanging out with him chatting and smiling like he’s completely part of the family. Everything seemed normal and everyone’s on great terms,” the source added. Cleopatra and Antony were infamous lovers in the year 41 BC. Together, they fought in a war, were defeated, and committed suicide. Many historians argue their romance is one of the most iconic in humanity’s past. Similarly to Cleo and Mark, Khloé and Tristan have had a scandalous, famed, and passionate relationship. Now that they’re officially back together, their Halloween costume symbolized the devotion the historical couple had.
