Blac Chyna saw some light at the end of the tunnel with her years-long legal battle against the Keeping Up With the Kardashians family. The mother of two and reality star has been in a court battle with the family following her 2017 split from Rob Kardashian.

Rob and Chyna had one of the messiest breakups in Hollywood history after dating for a little over a year. The couple's rollercoaster romance had its fair share of ups and downs. After getting engaged just three months into dating, the couple first split just a few months later and shared they were no longer living together. Despite welcoming their daughter, Dream Kardashian, in November 2016, the couple ended their engagement just one month later. Their split resulted in one of the first public revenge porn cases and abuse allegations from both sides. As a result, Chyna launched a lawsuit against every member of the Kardashian family over claims of domestic violence, assault, defamation, battery, and interference with prospective economic relations as a result of the series Rob & Chyna being canceled after one season.

Now, after three years in a legal war against the famous family, Chyna has scored a small victory. According to Page Six, a judge sided with the Lashed founder and ordered Bunim/Murray Productions, the company behind the canceled reality show, to hand over unaired footage from season two. Chyna’s attorney, Lynne Ciani, confirmed the footage shows Rob expressing his love for his then-fiancée after she underwent a medical procedure. The judge also ordered that unaired footage from Chyna's March 2017 filming on KUWTK must also be handed over. That footage shows Chyna and Rob attempting to work on their relationship while co-parenting their daughter. In October a judge also ruled in Chyn's favor when they denied tossing out her lawsuit at the request of the Kardashian-Jenners.

Chyna is still suing Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner for accusations that they secretly defamed her and illegally interfered with her “highly lucrative contract” with the E! Network/NBCUniversal, as noted by her attorney. As a result, Bunim/Murray must handover the unaired footage to Chyna within 45 days. There's no word on what she'll be able to do with the footage, but it has been granted to her. Rob has maintained a low profile since their breakup, with only minor spottings on the show and social media. Meanwhile, Chyna has been raking in big bucks from her success on OnlyFans.

The family also requested to see her footage in the court case, but that has yet to be determined. Rob often posts photos of their daughter, but the former couple hasn't been seen raising their daughter together since she was a baby.
