Moreover, Khloe Kardashian sold her Calabasas mansion for $15.5 million in November 2020, which she bought from Justin Bieber in 2014. The word is that Khloe made a pretty good profit out of this deal because she originally purchased the house for $7.2 million. Before moving out, the Good American founder gave her fans a walkthrough of the empty-but-gorgeous mansion, which now belongs to entrepreneur and filmmaker Dhar Mann. Now, Kris and Khloe have both purchased homes right next to each other in the same community, Hidden Hills. Interestingly enough, Khloe and Kris only lived a few years in their homes before selling them.
Similarly, Kylie Jenner bought her first house in 2015, and since then, she has bought and sold a few properties. In May 2020, the beauty mogul got settled at her latest home, which was worth $36.5 million. The supermodel Kendall Jenner bought her first house in 2014, then she moved around to a few places. In 2019, Kendall purchased a mansion for $8.55 million. While the real reason why these reality TV stars move around a lot is still unknown, many fans are now speculating different purposes, which make sense. A Reddit user said that rich people do this because they don't have anything else to buy. The fan wrote, "They already have everything they want, the only thing that's challenging to buy anymore is real estate or high-end rare collector items like antique or spec model cars."
Another KUWTK fan said that these celebs might not want to live in the same place for long because their "taste, style, and aesthetics" may change over time. Since they can afford help to do the packing and moving, they can move around quite frequently. It's also possible that these TV personalities flip their properties and then sell them in order to make a profit through high-end real estate.
