Warning: This contains SPOILERS for Boruto #75Despite the widespread belief among Boruto fans of Eida and Deamon's omnipotence, Amado's backstory proves that the most potent individual of the Naruto-verse's next-gen ninja is Kawaki.

In Boruto Chapter 75, Amado provides more background on who he is and what motivated him to become one of the most gifted ninja technologists ever. One key takeaway from his revelation was that of all his "creations" for Boruto's villainous Kara, his most important is Kawaki. Chosen to be the vessel of Isshiki Otsutsuki after Jigen loses his usefulness to Isshiki's master plan, Amado was sure to dedicate the majority of his time to building and developing him, especially as a vessel under his, rather than Isshiki's, control. The reason for this is twofold. On the one hand, Amado needed to help Isshiki achieve his stated goal, which would lead to the resurrection of his daughter. On the other hand, he needed to have some control over Isshiki such that the world would not end just as he was reunited with his daughter.

In his conversation with Naruto and Shikamaru, Amado made clear that he has never given up his effort to resurrect his daughter. Considering everything, at present the only person who can accomplish that is Kawaki. A man as detail-oriented and big-picture thinking as Amado would certainly consider the possibilities of something going wrong and what could be done to ensure that Kawaki lives at all costs. Amado did not create Kawaki just for him to die before he can revive his daughter. Accordingly, there is no doubt that he made Kawaki stronger than any of his other Kara creations. In planning how to achieve the transfer of Isshiki's power without Isshiki's soul into Kawaki, Amado certainly considered the possibility that other Kara members would challenge Kawaki. This is especially true after tensions developed between Code and Kawaki. As such, despite their otherworldly powers, there is no way that Amado created them without a "fail-safe" command that just shuts them down.

Consequently, Kawaki gives Amado a chance to achieve his twin desires, namely the resurrection of his daughter, and the continuation of life on Earth. For that plan to work, Amado would need to make sure that Kawaki obtains all the resurrection powers of Isshiki, but remain under his rather than Isshiki's control. He enjoys significant enjoyment of his plan through the imprinting of Isshiki's kama onto Kawaki. His plan was further facilitated when Isshiki was "killed" before he could possess Kawaki. The only part yet achieved is Kawaki's use of the kama to resurrect his daughter.

Amado's ability to implement shutdown commands was demonstrated in Boruto Chapter 75 when Sumire Kakei shut down Delta with a voice command. That is, if Amado can include a voice command for the shutdown of the cyber-incarnation of his daughter, he most certainly included one for Eida and Daemon. How else would he have been able to put into cryostasis after Jigen ordered their destruction in the first place? Moreover, understanding that he might succumb to Eida's powers, Amado surely gave Kawaki the exact command that would shut down her, Daemon, and anyone else he created who might be a threat to Kawaki. This makes him Kara's most powerful ninja, a force that Naruto, Shikamaru, and even Boruto must approach with extreme caution.
