Travis Barker had no issue with Kourtney Kardashian sharing their IVF journey on The Kardashians because it's "real life." The Hulu series is following the newlyweds' journey to welcome their first child together. They both have children from previous relationships. But since falling in love, Kourtney and Travis have shared their hopes to unite their big blended family with a baby that would be related to the Barker and Disick children. With Kourtney and Travis being a mature couple in their 40's, they have to explore other options when it comes to conception. The Kardashians viewers are getting an inside look into the doctor's appointments and activities Kourtney and Travis have to endure as they work to welcome a baby.

If fans thought Travis was being forced into sharing so much of his private life with Kourtney on The Kardashians, they can think again. The Blink-182 drummer is actually more open to sharing their IVF journey on reality television than some would think. “If any of that can help people – seeing Kourtney’s journey through IVF, which is super hard for a woman. You saw her struggle with it and talk about it. That’s real,” Travis told GQ. Travis is no stranger to reality television. He starred on his own show Meet The Barkers for two seasons in the early 2000's.

As long as the storylines aren't manufactured, Travis is fine with sharing his life on television. “I don’t care if I’m c***ing in a cup or whatever. It’s real life,” the rock star candidly explained. He knows he isn't the only person going through IVF with his wife, so he's happy to be able to share his journey with the world. “There’s however many millions of dudes that have to go give their semen for this same procedure," he added. "So it’s relatable, you know? I’ve never been fazed by any of that.”

Kourtney and Travis tied the knot in a lavish ceremony in Portofino, Italy, back in May. The happy couple has used The Kardashians to give fans an inside look into their married life and IVF journey. Kourtney is already a mom to her three children with ex Scott Disick: Mason, 12; Penelope, 10; and Reign, 7. Travis shares his two children--son Landon, and daughter Alabama--with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler. Travis also maintains his step-father role to Shanna's eldest daughter Atiana De La Hoya, whom she welcomed with boxing champion Oscar De La Hoya. The Disick and Barker kids were already familiar with each other prior to their parents falling in love. Kourtney and Travis lived as close neighbors for years before they decided to start dating.

Since tying the knot, Kourtney and Travis purchased their first home together and will no longer live in two separate homes as they have been. The Kardashians continues to follow the growth of their relationship and family. Fans are rooting for them to conceive a child. The Kardashians season 2 shows Kourtney's hope to receive confirmation from the doctor that she is pregnant. But the IVF journey is also bringing Kourtney and Travis closer together, which is also worth celebrating.

The Kardashians streams Thursdays on Hulu.
