Kourtney Kardashian stated that she is unaware if her ex Scott Disick will be in The Kardashians season 2. Before Kourtney got married to Blink-182 musician Travis Barker, she was in an on-and-off relationship with Scott for nine years. The two had three children together: Mason, Penelope and Reign Disick. Although Kourtney and Scott called it quits, they still co-parent their children and have remained on mutual terms.
Recently, Kourtney gave an interview on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast where she discussed her current status with Scott. After her ex's prominent storyline in The Kardashians season 1, Kourtney admitted she has “no idea” if Scott will be included in the current season. She continued to open up about how genuinely upset she actually was when The Kardashians season 1 tied Kourtney's current relationship with Scott’s heartbreak. As she explained, “I was upset they chose to take my fairytale and include that part of it.”
Kourtney Kardashian Wasn't Bothered By Scott's Storyline At First
Elsewhere in the podcast interview, Kourtney revealed that at first she wasn’t too concerned with Scott being included in the storyline. Since Scott has been a major part of her life, and he was on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, his inclusion felt normal to Kourtney. “We're so used to the way that we've done things for so long,” she said. However, the Poosh creator is an executive producer this time around, but her notes were not taken into account when it came to Scott’s part on The Kardashians. After Kourtney was able to take the situation in for what it was, she expressed her overall confusion and frustration as to why The Kardashians couldn’t just focus on her happiness with Travis.
Even though Scott still co-parents their children with Kourtney, there is a possibility her ex will not be participating in The Kardashians season 2. There are only a few episodes available of the current season, and there is still room to change. Since Kourtney is still unaware of Scott’s future on The Kardashians, anything is possible. However, one thing is clear, which is that whether or not Scott makes an appearance, Kourtney is no longer tolerating any disrespect thrown her way.
While The Kardashians season 1 frustrated Kourtney, her primary focus now seems to be her children and new marriage. She has expressed openly how she is moving on with her life and leaving the negativity from the past behind her. Kourtney is aiming toward pure happiness with her husband, Travis, and her new family with his and her kids. Hopefully, as The Kardashians season 2 continues streaming, fans will be able to get more insight into Kourtney’s "fairytale" from her side and see her genuinely happy.
