Khloé Kardashian from The Kardashians has reportedly been doing a lot of shopping as she prepares for the arrival of her second baby. It's Khloé's second baby, but it's her first via surrogacy. It's also the first time she'll be welcoming a child as a single woman. Khloé is separated from Tristan Thompson as they await the infant's arrival. Despite the split, Khloé is fully prepared to welcome her new baby, with or without Tristan.
Sources have confirmed just how adamant Khloé is about not taking Tristan back. The pair broke up one month after conceiving via surrogate, when details about Tristan's paternity scandal surfaced. Tristan conceived his third child with a woman named Maralee Nichols while he was reconciled with Khloé following his 2019 kissing scandal with Jordyn Woods. At the time that Tristan impregnated Maralee, he and Khloé were planning for a second baby. Khloé had no idea that she would only enjoy one month of bliss, after their surrogate plans were finalized, before learning that Tristan had betrayed her again.
Khloé is preparing for the baby's arrival on her own (Tristan may be helping, though), and her family is rallying around her. “Everyone in the family is so proud of the way that she handled the entire Tristan situation,” a source told Us Weekly. Khloé is reportedly in overdrive mode, busily preparing for her baby boy's arrival. Insiders say she's been "frantic" while getting her house prepared for her baby boy. With a 4-year-old daughter anxiously awaiting a baby brother, Khloé has reportedly “gone way overboard" with preparation. "Not only has she had the nursery done for months, but she has stocked her place with everything that any baby could ever possibly need– and more,” the insider revealed.
The Kar-Jenner family has been offering support to Khloé as she prepares to become a single mother of two, particularly Kim Kardashian. With Kim having welcomed her two youngest children via surrogate, she has filled Khloé in on "what to expect when her surrogate gives birth and the time after," the source shared. The family knows that Khloé will be the best mother to her two children. The Good American co-founder likely isn't expecting much from Tristan. In wake of the second baby announcement, Tristan has only confirmed that he is a single man. He was spotted holding hands with a mystery woman in Mykonos, Greece, the same week that the baby news hit the press.
Elsewhere, Tristan reportedly still hasn't met his third child that was born in December. Maralee has accused Tristan of being an absentee father, and providing no financial support for their son, Theo. Tristan periodically teases his fatherhood moments with his son Prince and daughter True. Fans expect Tristan to be present for baby number two with Khloé. However, they aren't sure if he will ever embrace fatherhood in terms of bonding with his third child with Maralee. Meanwhile, The Kardashians fans can expect to get filled in on Khloé's motherhood journey on the new Hulu show.
