Kanye West is selling his property in Wyoming amid reports of his reconciliation with Keeping Up With the Kardashians star Kim Kardashian. The rap/fashion mogul was recently spotted enjoying a dinner date with Kim despite her divorce filing. It was their second private date since she filed to dissolve their marriage in February. Now after two public dates, reports say Kanye is letting go of all his acres in the mid-West.
Kim and Kanye have been fueling rumors of calling off the divorce following two dates and a special performance. In early August, the divorcing couple was seen enjoying a lunch date in Malibu. Later that month, Kim attended all three of Kanye's Donda listening parties before appearing in a wedding gown and seemingly reliving the day of their nuptials. Most recently, Kim and Kanye were seen enjoying a fashionable dinner date in Malibu. Their latest sighting has further fueled reports of Kim calling off the divorce and taking Kanye back.
Amid the reconciliation rumors, Kanye is selling his property in Cody, Wyoming. Most recently, Kanye put seven of his Wyoming commercial properties up for sell totaling $3.2 million, Cody Enterprise reports. All of the properties were affiliated with the designer's Yeezy label and maintained operations for the fashion company. Dubbed as the "Yeezy tent", one section of the 3.76-acre land is being sold for $1.3 million. Another 6,000 square foot property with “heated tension fabric building,” along a 4,800 square foot prefabricated metal building was also included on the property prior to Kanye's October 2019 purchase. When making the purchase, Kanye said the tent was intended to be a temporary storage structure.
Kanye obtained an extension from the City of Cody Planning and Zoning Commission that ends on November 15. One of the properties Kanye is selling includes a 6,900 square foot building listed at $739,000. The building comes with five basement bedrooms, five multi-purpose rooms on the main floor, and a laundry room and full kitchen. Other properties on sale include four vacant lots for $138,000 each, and one listed at $200,000. The fourth lot comes with full utilities and is being sold for $549,000. Another property is on the market for $108,000.
All of the new listings make some wonder what Kanye's long-term business plans in Cody, Wyoming are. He still has his Monster, Lake property in his possession which has been helmed as his headquarters for working on his music and fashion. But as Kanye continues to work to repair his troubling marriage with Kim, Keeping Up With the Kardashians fans believe Kanye is done with Wyoming and working to get his wife back. The pair have been on better terms since Kim first filed for divorce. At the time of her filing, Kanye reportedly changed his phone numbers and only allowed Kim to contact him through his security. Now after two public dates, it looks like the West family might be coming back together.
