The fan that Kanye West allegedly punched asked for an autograph on two separate occasions. The former husband of Keeping Up With The Kardashians alum, Kim Kardashian, has been known to be combative like this in the past. In 2014, the rapper was ordered to serve two years' probation for a misdemeanor battery conviction after an altercation with a photographer at the Los Angeles Airport. He was also required to attend several anger management sessions, perform 250 hours of community service, and reimburse the photographer.

Since then, Kanye had remained calm, cool, and collected around the paparazzi and fans until this incident. In fact, it was very shocking, seeing as he seems to be enjoying life at this moment. Kanye recently started dating actress Julia Fox, who he met on New Year's Eve 2021. The two have been spotted out together several times since, with Julia even writing an article about how Kanye brought her to a hotel suite to try on a number of different designer items made to fit her. Despite his new love interest, Kanye is still going through some tough times.

Page Six revealed that the man, who was allegedly punched by Kanye, had asked for the rapper's autograph on two different occasions. The news outlet was told that the reported victim, who has remained unidentified, first asked for Kanye's autograph outside of Craig's in L.A. on Monday night, where the Yeezy designer was dining with his new love Julia and friends Antion Brown and many others. The group was there to celebrate the release of Kanye's new Gap commercial. The 44-year-old had no issues giving the fan his autograph and was happy to do it. When Wednesday night rolled around, the victim appeared again at Delilah, where a wide variety of celebrities, including Kayne and Julia, Madonna and Evan Ross, had been dining.

Kanye ended up leaving the restaurant without his actress girlfriend; however, it's unclear where he went to once he left. Many hours later ended up leaving exclusive club Soho Warehouse, where Kanye allegedly punched the victim. The LAPD later confirmed on Thursday that Kanye is now under investigation for alleged criminal battery. Video evidence of the reported assault shows Kanye, whose new muse is Julia, shouting at a female member of his team as the alleged fan lies on the ground, seemingly conscious. Kanye can be heard yelling "get away from me" at the team member while she tries to calm him down by telling him to give her his hand. Kanye then tells her to get away from him, while the woman responds, "I am your family. Give me your hand." Neither Kayne nor his reps have yet to comment on the situation.

It is unclear whether or not Kanye will be charged with battery or if it was all a misunderstanding. The fan may have been stalking Kanye, and he seemed to have had enough. However, if the assault story is true, Kanye West never should have laid hands on the fan at all.
