Former The Bachelorette star and host Kaitlyn Bristowe is a Bachelor in Paradise fan, and she shared which season 8 couples she hopes will continue on their path to love. She is now engaged to Jason Tartick, who made it to Becca Kufrin's final three on The Bachelorette in 2018. She said that she found the beginning of the season to be boring, stating, "I'm not gonna lie. It was a bit of a snoozefest to start." However, she is excited that "we’re getting into the whirlwind right now." Kaitlyn shared that she is "rooting" for Danielle Maltby and Michael Allio, saying, "They both deserve happiness." Danielle and Michael are both dealing with dating after tragedy as they navigate their grief. Danielle lost her fiancé Nick to a drug overdose in 2011, while Michael's wife Laura died of breast cancer in 2019.

Kaitlyn is also hoping that another Bachelor in Paradise couple lasts: Brandon Jones and Serene Russell. She said, "They have such a sweet connection." Kaitlyn hopes these couples last forever, but how much longer does she think the Bachelor franchise will continue? "I don't know if there's any end in sight to the Bachelor franchise," she said. "There's a reason it’s been on for this many seasons. I can only hope personally they continue to evolve."
