Zack Snyder releases the first song from Junkie XL's Justice League score. On March 18, Snyder's famed cut of Justice League will finally debut on HBO Max. Ever since the director stepped away from the DC film and was replaced by Joss Whedon, fans have campaigned for the release of Snyder's intended Justice League. Though it once seemed impossible, fan enthusiasm for the Snyder Cut made Warner Bros. finally approve the release. Properly titled Zack Snyder's Justice League, the 4-hour film will be Snyder's original version of the movie, with some minor tweaks.

Though Warner Bros. did release Whedon's version of Justice League, the two movies will bear very little resemblance to each other. Snyder's Justice League is very much his own, right down to the altered aspect ratio. The cast from the theatrical cut remains intact, though the Snyder Cut contains some faces who were removed from that version, such as Iris West (Kiersey Clemons) and Martian Manhunter (Harry Lennix). Additionally, Justice League will contain a brand new score. While the theatrical cut had music from Danny Elfman, Snyder's will feature Junkie XL's original score.

Fans have been excited to hear Junkie XL's music, and now Snyder has revealed the first track. Titled "The Crew at Warpower," the song is nearly 7 minutes long and can be listened to on a variety of platforms. Snyder shared the link to the song on social media and invited fans to "Take a listen." Scroll on to see his post and hear the song.

Junkie XL (also known as Tom Holkenborg) previously helped out with the scores for Snyder's other DCEU movies, so his sound for Justice League will likely fall in line with the past movies. Excitingly, "The Crew at Warpower" is just as epic as fans were likely hoping it would be. Where it falls in Justice League remains to be seen, but one can easily picture heroes like Wonder Woman and Batman uniting while the music swells. It will be interesting to see how the rest of the score turns out.

Snyder has teased Justice League's score for some time now, and the fact that a proper track has been released now just reaffirms how close the actual release is. This past Sunday, the latest Justice League trailer was unveiled, and Snyder has continued to post various images and posters. With this song release, it looks like he won't be slowing down either, meaning fans still have a lot to look forward to before Justice League actually debuts. In that sense, it might be a good thing that the film will be four hours long; there's no risk of spoiling everything beforehand.
