One of the artists from the Justice League film has stated Zack Snyder's DCEU would have pleased fans, had they been able to see it through to the end. This comment comes on the heels of a fairly whirlwind week regarding Zack Snyder's cut of Justice League, one which not only saw stars of the film like Jason Momoa and Ray Fisher sharing images from the Snyder Cut but also had the director himself joining in on the "Release The Snyder Cut" hashtag fun.

It's a well-documented fact Zack Snyder dismissed himself from the Justice League project before it had completed, leaving the cast and crew behind in order to take care of family issues. Although another director stepped in and the film was able to be finished, many fans have wanted to see Snyder's original vision for the Justice League ever since the movie premiered. While stars like Jason Momoa claim the Snyder Cut exists and they have seen it, many other people would like to be included as well.

Now, according to Jay Oliva, an artist who worked on the Justice League film, fans have confirmation Zack Snyder's planned vision for the DCEU would have given them a satisfying journey. On Twitter, the artist said they had worked in the DC animated universe for the last twenty years, and defended Snyder's version, calling it "far from a betrayal... if the audience had stuck with it, they would have seen an epic DC story fans would have loved."

Oliva's response was dictated at another Twitter user who had called Snyder's version of the characters "an ultimate betrayal of our heroes." The long-time DC Comics artist seemed to take offense to such a notion, saying "These characters are iconic for a reason and not because there's one definitive version... Each one is different and fits for the story and tone of each take... DC characters change over time but retain their core truths." He went on to talk about how Clark Kent in the 1950's was a different character than the Clark Kent who existed after the events of the September 11th attack on The World Trade Center in New York City.

There's a serious demand going on for Zack Snyder's DC extended universe vision, and the massive amount of fervor surrounding the supposed Snyder Cut, something which fans of it haven't even seen, is nearly palpable. While surely some company, probably HBO Max, is eyeing this entire process with potential financial glee, some fans wouldn't put it past Snyder to drop the entire cut of his DCEU vision for Justice League on something like YouTube or Vero tomorrow. Stranger things have happened, after all.
