A heap of new Justice League promo art has emerged online along with the movie's official merchandise. After spending years attempting to adapt the DC Comics superhero team onto the big screen, Warner Bros. is finally bringing comic book fans the first live-action Justice League movie later this year. The studio formally launched the DC Extended Universe last year with Zack Snyder's Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice, introducing audiences to Ben Affleck's Batman and Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman, in addition, of course, to bringing back Henry Cavill as Superman.
The Trinity -- Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman -- will unite with the rest of the world's finest heroes -- The Flash (Ezra Miller), Aquaman (Jason Momoa), and Cyborg (Ray Fisher) -- in Snyder's Justice League later this year, in which they will battle Steppenwolf and his invading Parademon army, who have come to Earth searching for the three Mother Boxes that had been left behind during the New Gods' first war with Earth. Seeing the League (sans Green Lantern) unite for the first time on the big screen is something that comic book fans have waited decades to see, and now new promo art has released that teases that union.
The WB Shop has unveiled their first batch of official Justice League merchandise, along with a series of promotional artwork and posters. Interestingly, the art is drastically different than the direction the studio has taken with the movie thus far, especially with regard to the emphasis on Wonder Woman - which is to be expected following the success of Patty Jenkins' film. You can take a look at the art in the gallery below:

Aside from all the promo art, the WB Shop also released a new poster (in the above gallery) that noticeably places Superman apart from the core Justice League cast and also features a blurred-out Steppenwolf in the background. Furthermore, the poster includes a new tagline for the movie: "United We Stand." The studio has used "unite" and "united" when promoting the movie before, such as "Unite the League," but never as "United We Stand." Typically, that famed motto is followed by "Divided We Fall." Perhaps Warners will avoid that part, though, when it comes to kicking the movie's promotion into high gear -- which should be soon.
Wonder Woman has been out for almost two months now, and Justice League, which releases in just over three months, is the next DCEU movie on the docket. Its critical and commercial success will reportedly determine the DCEU slate going forward, especially since Warner Bros. has more than a dozen DC Comics-based movies in various stages of development.
