Warner Bros. has unveiled Batman's newest, upgraded Batmobile from Justice League on the San Diego Comic-Con show floor. The DC Extended Universe finally launched last year with Zack Snyder's Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice, which not only saw Batman (Ben Affleck) and Superman (Henry Cavill), two of the world's finest heroes, battle against each other but also introduced audiences to the rest of the founding Justice League members: Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), The Flash (Ezra Miller), Aquaman (Jason Momoa), and Cyborg (Ray Fisher).

So far, we've seen only one official trailer (aside from last year's Comic-Con footage), which not only teased five of the main Leaguers but also showed off Batman's newest Tactical Batsuit as well as his upgraded Batmobile. People may remember that the Batmobile had been damaged by Superman, while Batman was in the midst of tracking Kryptonite that had been imported into Gotham by Lex Luthor. Since then, we can only imagine that Bruce and Alfred had repaired the vehicle, while presumably upgrading it for the impending invasion by Steppenwolf.

Batman's use of weapons on the Batmobile was a subject of controversy when Batman V Superman debuted last year, and while the character's lack of aversion to killing is something that has been addressed (and will change going forward), it seems like there aren't any plans to disarm his vehicle. In fact, the upgraded Batmobile from Justice League seems to include even more heavy weaponry, such as the front-mounted rockets. Today, the Batmobile debuted on the San Diego Comic-Con show floor.

This isn't the first time that the Batmobile has been proudly displayed at the annual crowded convention; people may remember that Snyder drove the Batman V Superman Batmobile himself down to Comic-Con two years ago. He showed off Batman's famous vehicle to hundreds, if not thousands, of fans outside the convention center, and then immediately began handing out T-shirts to people there. While this has certainly been a different kind of reveal, it's still no less exciting for convention attendees, many of whom would want to take a look at the Caped Crusader's latest vehicle, which has been outfitted to battle an even stronger foe than Superman: the Parademon army.

The studio is expected to debut the second Justice League trailer during their Hall H panel at San Diego Comic-Con this Saturday, where attendees may see more of the Batmobile in action, presumably battling Steppenwolf's army of yellow-colored Parademons (who are indistinctly different than their red-colored brethren). Be sure to check back for the latest DCEU news out of SDCC this weekend, along with the newest Justice League trailer.
