The upcoming mobile game Jurassic World Primal Ops will let players fight alongside dinosaurs to foster a peaceful coexistence with Earth's prehistoric inhabitants. The third film in the Jurassic World franchise, titled Jurassic World Dominion, is set to conclude the Jurassic Park sequel trilogy when it releases on June 10. A Jurassic World Primal Ops trademark registration teased the game's existence last year, and now developer Behaviour Interactive has officially announced the mobile action game.

As a follow-up to the classic Jurassic Park trilogy, Jurassic World sees dinosaurs walk the Earth yet again thanks to ill-advised scientific meddling. The franchise sees the idea of a dinosaur theme park actually come to fruition, but chaos inevitably strikes when the park's clone creatures escape captivity. 2018's Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom brings viewers back to the iconic Isla Nublar to discover a nefarious plot, and the upcoming Jurassic World Dominion will bring the series full-circle by bringing back the original Jurassic Park cast. One fan made the Jurassic World Dominion Therizinosaurus in Dreams in anticipation of the film, with the game creation system bringing the prehistoric predator to life in great detail.

A recently-revealed Jurassic World Primal Ops gameplay trailer, posted to YouTube, shows off the mobile title's unique ancient animal action. The game's unique premise sees players form a squad of friendly dinosaurs to plan strikes against vicious poachers, merciless mercenaries and immoral scientists. A deep creature collection system will let players slowly grow their lineup of dinosaur companions, with each one offering their own strengths and skills on the battlefield. With the player's combat abilities and the dinosaurs' dynamic abilities, peaceful coexistence is within grasp.

While Jurassic World Primal Ops will let players collect and cooperate with a roster of deadly dinosaurs, the dinosaur survival horror game Deathground will portray the powerful predators in all their carnivorous glory. The upcoming indie game is clearly based on the Jurassic Park franchise, with players sneaking through an overgrown compound while avoiding iconic creatures like raptors and T. rex. Played from a first-person perspective, Deathground promises to deliver an immersive experience that realistically portrays dinosaurs as a powerful and intimidating threat.

By having players fight alongside dinosaurs rather than against them, Jurassic World Primal Ops is shaping up to be a fascinating tie-in to Jurassic World Dominion. The mobile action game will see players hunt down prehistoric poachers and cruel scientists, and the dinosaur collection mechanic should keep the experience fresh for a long while. While a release date has not yet been announced, Jurassic World Primal Ops will likely launch close to Jurassic Park Dominion's release date of June 10.
