A fan has created a video of one of Jurassic World Dominion's new dinosaurs in DreamsJurassic World Dominion is one of 2022's most highly anticipated movies and will see the return of Chris Pratt & Bryce Dallas Howard's characters Owen Grady and Claire Dearing from the recent Jurassic World movies as they team up with Jurassic Park veterans Sam Neill, Laura Dern, and Jeff Goldblum, who will be reprising their roles as Alan Grant, Ellie Sattler and Ian Malcolm from the 1993 classic.

Jurassic World Dominion is also set to introduce new dinosaurs that haven't been seen in the movies to date, with the latest trailers and prologue footage revealing the likes of Giganotosaurus, Pyroraptors, and Therizinosaurus. Although this may be the first movie appearance of Therizinosaurus, it is a species that may be familiar to franchise fans, having appeared in past tie-in games such as The Lost World: Jurassic Park on Game Gear, Jurassic Park III: Park Builder on Game Boy Advance, and the mobile Jurassic World game. Therizinosaurus has been mentioned in the movies and in Jurassic World Evolution, despite never being fully revealed, as the species' DNA was used in the creation of Jurassic World's menacing hybrid, the Indominus Rex.

Twitter user Krenautican recently shared footage of their recreation of the Jurassic World Dominion Therizinosaurus, which they made in Dreams in a remarkably short span of just two days. In the clip, the Therizinosaurus can be seen prowling swampy terrain similar to the one it enhabits in the upcoming movie when it stalks Claire Dearing as she attempts to hide by submerging herself in pond water in the trailer. The appearance of the Therizinosaurus in Krenautican's video cuts an imposing figure, similar to previous Jurassic Park-inspired Dreams creations, as the red and grey feathered dinosaur bears down upon the viewer, with other angles used to draw attention to the creature's distinct, long claws. The video has been a success with dinosaur fans, and one of Media Molecule's artists, Martin Nebelong praised the camera work, sounds, and sculpts, calling it: "the best Dreams work I've seen so far."

The Therizinosaurus is far from the only Jurassic-themed project Krenautican has made in Dreams. Using Media Molecule's PlayStation-exclusive creative suite, Krenautican has recreated many iconic scenes from across the franchise, such as the Dilophosaurus attack from the first movie where the dinosaur unfurls large red and yellow frills whilst spitting a blinding, corrosive venom. The many creative tools available within the game have allowed for a host of similarly-impressive remakes, redesigns, and fan works over the years, with even Elden Ring receiving a Dreams creation in the form of fan art.

Krenautican's work in Dreams is certainly impressive and is going down well with Jurassic fans. It's yet to be seen what other scenes they will adapt when Jurassic World Dominion releases next month and brings the six-movie saga to a close, but given the wealth of dinosaurs featured in the trailers, it's safe to say Krenautican will have plenty of action-packed moments to choose from.
