A new Jurassic World: Dominion trailer arrives during the Super Bowl offering a look at the long-awaited Jurassic Park sequel trilogy closer. The action-adventure threequel picks up four years after the events of its predecessor, in which the iconic Isla Nublar was destroyed, as humanity tries to adjust to dinosaurs now roaming the mainland. Jurassic World: Dominion will see Owen and Claire embark on a globe-trotting journey in an effort to find a way for humanity to survive, putting them on the path of doctors Alan Grant, Ellie Sattler and Ian Malcolm.

Jurassic World: Dominion will see the returns of sequel trilogy stars Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Isabella Sermon, Daniella Pineda, Omar Sy and Justice Smith as well as Jurassic Park stars Sam Neill, Laura Dern, Jeff Goldblum and BD Wong. The film will also mark the franchise debuts of Mamoudou Athie, Scott Haze, Campbell Scott, Dichen Lachman, DeWanda Wise, Elva Trill and Dimitri Thivaios. With Colin Trevorrow back at the helm with a script he co-wrote with Emily Carmichael, Jurassic World: Dominion is gearing up to finally arrive in theaters this summer.

The Jurassic World: Dominion Super Bowl trailer may not offer much different footage from the one released this past week, though is sure to keep the excitement high for the threequel. The biggest draw of the recent trailers is the returns of the original Jurassic Park cast, an element of the film that has captured fans' attention since it was confirmed Neill, Goldblum and Dern would return to their iconic roles. Both Jurassic World: Dominion trailers have also offered plenty of teases of the original cast's involvement in trying to rebalance the new world of dinosaurs and humans.

One of the most interesting elements of the Jurassic World: Dominion Super Bowl trailer is its doubling down of the conclusion of the "Jurassic era." Though this would seemingly point towards the end of the franchise, producer Frank Marshall has previously confirmed it won't be the final chapter of the Jurassic Park franchise but rather will open the doors to the start of a new era of dinosaurs and humanity cohabiting. Only time will tell what's to come from the threequel when Jurassic World: Dominion hits theaters on June 10.
