Universal has shared the fan footage it collected to celebrate Jurassic Park's 25th anniversary. The fifth film in the Jurassic Park franchise, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, hits theaters June 22nd, assuring fans that returning to the park won't be without its perils. This compilation of fan videos and recreated scenes is sure to remind fans of just what they loved about the original film in the first place.

In anticipation of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom's release, a number of exciting pieces of information about the franchise have begun to circle the internet, including information about fan favorite Ian Malcolm almost being cut, and Samuel L Jackson's Dr. Arnold's original grisly fate. Jeff Goldblum, returning to the screen to reprise his role as Malcolm in Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, has teased a number of special surprises that will please fans in the new film as well. It's a celebration of all things dinosaur, colliding under the hashtag #JurassicPark25. The crown jewel of this collection is the fan recreation contest, calling on fans to recreate iconic scenes.

Universal has released its supercut of fan scenes, with director JA Bayona (Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom) and producer Colin Trevorrow teasing that all of the fan entries are incredible. The footage clearly speaks for itself, with fans going to great and incredible lengths to recreate iconic scenes from the film. Across a variety of landscapes, locations, and locales, the supercut blends the iconic scenes from Spielberg's film into something pretty cool that actually flows together pretty well. According to Bayona and Trevorrow, they watched every submission, which meant that the budding minds behind these remakes have had their work seen by a Hollywood filmmaker behind one of the biggest franchises the world has ever known - a pretty impressive feat.

Featuring a combination of live action, puppetry, children's toys and even a video game scene, the Jurassic Park 25th anniversary fan cut is not just an homage to a film that has inspired filmmakers but an homage to the legacy that has endured with the park. From Dennis Nedry meeting Dodson, to puppet Samuel L Jackson, to fans taking on Malcolm's famous "Life finds a way" monologue, it's a must watch for any fan and pretty well put together.

The dinosaurs in the world of Jurassic Park will be returning in June. While the film faces a number of challenges, the creators are poised to deliver something unique and special, much like the fans behind the supercut. Bayona's task behind the wheel of the sequel might be easier than Trevorrow's - with original star Goldblum back on-board, and characters like Owen and Claire now already established with audiences - but it's not unreasonable to ask if Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom will measure up. While it's too early to predict what will become of the final product, Trevorrow and Bayona seem determined to live up to the franchise's legacy.
