This film isn't the first of its kind to be made based on a theme park attraction. Disney has previously released films based on The Haunted Mansion and Pirates of the Caribbean. The very existence of these movie properties act as cross-promotion for Disney. Those who are excited by the theme park attractions are likely to go see the film adaptation, while the movies act as a way of making viewers want to go experience the attraction. The Jungle Cruise film will likely result in the ride becoming more popular.

The new official clip released by Disney gives audiences a peek at what they can expect from Jungle Cruise. The movie has a lot of physical comedy infused throughout the runtime. The film certainly has a tone in its adventure that's strikingly similar to 1999's The Mummy with a bit of Indiana Jones. Blunt and Johnson have a strong sense of chemistry that acts as a backbone in both the clip and the film as a whole. This sneak peek certainly succeeds at displaying Jungle Cruise's sense of action, adventure, and humor that all blend together in Disney's newest family outing.
