John Carpenter has personally released a teaser for the upcoming documentary John Carpenter Live: Behind the Scenes. Carpenter has become a household name among film fans as his hit-packed filmography spans over five decades. The director/composer left his thumbprint on cult classics such as Big Trouble in Little China, The Thing, Escape from New York, as well as his most notable success, Halloween. The score created by Carpenter for the 1978 horror hit Halloween continues to cover audiences in goosebumps as the anxiety-ridden intro remains to be one of the most iconic sounds to come out of the horror genre.

Carpenter took to Twitter to briefly describe the upcoming documentary John Carpenter Live: Behind the Scenes, along with a trailer for the new, exciting film. The upcoming behind-the-scenes documentary will include an exclusive peek into life on the road during Carpenter’s first concert tour in 2016, along with never-before-seen interviews, live rehearsals, signings, and much more.
