Joe Millionaire is back after 19 years, and the revived series is so wild that even host Martin Andrews was surprised by how the season ends. Nineteen years earlier, to the day, Joe Millionaire aired on January 6, 2003, and followed Evan Marriott, a construction worker posing as a millionaire and attempting to find his true love amongst 20 female contestants. At the end of the series, Evan narrowed his contestants down to just one woman and had to tell her the truth about his financial standing. The show was created by Liz Bronstein and was meant to be a parody of The Bachelor.

The Joe Millionaire revival has a bit of a twist, distinguishing it from the original show and reinventing it for a new generation of reality TV lovers. This time around, there are two Joe's looking for love in the mansion. Steven McBee is a farmer and CEO with an estimated net worth of $10 million. Kurt Sowers, however, is a construction manager with a net worth falling far behind Steven's. The contestants are shocked when they find out there are two eligible bachelors for them to choose from, and they're even more stunned when they find out only one is a millionaire, and they will not know who is who until the finale.

If that doesn't sound crazy enough, the show's host teased that there's even more craziness to come, and it's nothing that he expected. Martin sat down for an interview with FOX 4 News to discuss where the current season is heading and how it'll take fans by surprise. When asked if there will be two women at the end--one for each bachelor or just one--Martin chose to keep quiet. Instead, the host offered, "I was there for the whole duration of this thing, and often was the case that I thought I figured this one out, and I couldn't figure it out. I couldn't imagine what the end was going to be."

So far, fans have watched as the women fight for alone time with Steven and Kurt, and take their best guess at which one is a millionaire and which is not. Contestant Carolyn Moore seems to have found a strong connection with Kurt. But while she claims to not be in it for the money, some of her fellow contestants believe she's only drawn to Kurt because she thinks he's the millionaire. Martin also hinted in the interview that fans may think they've predicted what the outcome will be, but they can never be sure as there will be plenty of "twists and turns throughout."

It seems like Joe Millionaire: For Richer or Poorer is going to keep fans guessing as they tune in every week for more drama. While many have assumed there will be two final girls for both men, the show's host has confirmed that may not necessarily be the case, and it will surely be interesting to see what happens. There's certainly no guessing where this season may lead. Fans, including celebrities like Perez Hilton, have been hooked on the Joe Millionaire reboot since its premiere and will surely be tuning in each week to find out what will happen next.
