Update 202 was released on January 12th and was, for the most part, pretty small. The update itself fixed a few minor bugs within the game, removed the unique holiday decorations and new crime spree heists. The latest piece of cosmetic gear added to the game is the official Joe Biden mask. The 46th POTUS can be worn as players go on crime spree after crime spree.

Players can quickly obtain the Joe Biden mask by purchasing it via the mask store. Open the mask inventory and hover over an empty slot. This will open the mask store where players can buy whatever they're feeling. Find the mask entitled 'The 46th' and purchases it. Presto, the Joe Biden mask is now available in your inventory.
Payday 2 has been out for a while, and so have the presidential masks in-game. For those unable to connect the dots, the presidential masks are a nod to the 1991 heist film Point Break, in which a team of talented robbers and thieves dawn presidential masks to commit their crimes only to escape via extreme sports. The original 1991 film started Patrick Swayz and Keanu Reeves. The film was remade back in 2015, staring Edgar Rameriz and Luke Bracey. However, fans of the original movie were disappointed when the remake did not feature the iconic presidential masks.
There is talk of Payday 3 coming from developers at Starbreeze Studios, a Swedish production company. They are currently slating the next Payday installment for a 2022 or 2023 release. Players have been patiently playing Payday 2 since its release in 2013 on what we're now calling old-gen systems (i e. Xbox 360 & PlayStation 3). It was ported to function on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The game still receives routine updates to keep its dedicated fanbase happy. Payday 2 was also released on Nintendo Switch in February of 2018.
While Payday 3 is years away, players can still enjoy the ever-evolving crime spree, shoot-em-up heist game they've been playing for the better part of a decade. Now, with the most recent update, they can do everything they've been doing but under the disguise of Joe Biden, the 46th President of the United States.
