The more fans get to see Pauly Delvecchio and Nikki Hall's relationship on Jersey Shore: Family Vacation, the more they want to see a spinoff series surrounding the couple. Fans were first introduced to the powerful duo during Double Shot At Love. Pauly and Nikki instantly had undeniable chemistry, but there were a few obstacles the two had to overcome to get to where they are now.
Although Pauly ultimately decided to leave season 1 of Double Shot at Love still single, Nikki hesitantly agreed to come face-to-face with her ex to film season 2 of the show. While filming, the two were able to talk out their differences and rebuild their relationship. Then, after filming came to an end, Pauly and Nikki continued to stay in touch. Nikki even quarantined with Pauly in his Las Vegas home at the start of the pandemic. It was during this time that the two were able to truly grow their relationship and work out all their differences.
Once they made things official, Nikki slowly began to reappear on episodes of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation. The more fans have been getting an inside look at their adorable and loving relationship, the more they want a spinoff series focused on just Pauly and Nikki. Reddit users pitched the idea of MTV ditching the current spinoff show and creating a brand new show solely about Pauly and Nikki's day-to-day lives. Many agreed Jersey Shore: Family Vacation has "run its course." Unfortunately, now that most of the cast members are in serious relationships and/or have kids of their own, the show will never be as entertaining as the original series once was.
Many of the original cast members are no longer the same people they once were. Some have become "boring" in the eyes of fans while others simply need to grow up. Instead of continuing to try to make the show work, fans feel MTV should just produce an entirely new show. With that being said, fans think "Pauly is the only one who has the charisma to carry a show." They love the glimpses they get of the couple's relationship on the show – so much so, that they want to see more.
While fans are dreaming big, a spinoff show solely focused around Pauly and Nikki is highly unlikely. Both Pauly and Nikki actually enjoy keeping the details of their relationship quite private, which is something they have both openly admitted. Because of this, there is a very low chance they will agree to a show that ultimately takes away so much of their privacy. Nikki has even made it clear that she enjoys being a "guest star" on Jersey Shore: Family Vacation, despite being in nearly every episode. Although this may be a letdown to many fans, at least they can continue to watch Pauly and Nikki on both Jersey Shore: Family Vacation, as well as season 3 of Double Shot at Love.
