Since she quit the show during the Jersey Shore: Family Vacation season 3 finale in 2019, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi has been keeping herself quite busy. Nicole announced her departure from the show following the drama that took place at Angelina Pivarnick's wedding regarding the infamous bridesmaids' speech. Nicole claimed she was leaving the show that once gave her her start to fame to focus on her three kids and husband.
Although she did in fact quit the show to mainly focus on her family, Nicole did not stop working after she was down with filming. Instead, Nicole began to take on projects that did not require her to leave her family for days at a time like she once did with the Jersey Shore franchise. After Nicole had her third baby in 2019, it became notably harder for her to leave home to film the show for days at a time. Now, she devotes much of her time and attention to her three children.
While Nicole was still on the show, she opened her first ever boutique, The Snooki Shop, in her home state of New Jersey. Since then, Nicole has opened a second location in New York. The two boutiques sell women's clothing, accessories, shoes and makeup. She has been putting much of her attention on the two store locations. Nicole has even held in store shopping events so that she can meet her fans. She recently raised concern when she encouraged her Instagram followers to shop at her stores, referring to them as her livelihood. On top of The Snooki Shop, Nicole also has an online Etsy shop, Nicole's Craft Room, where she sells merchandise type items.
Aside from her stores, Nicole has some other projects she has been working on as well. She has been continuing on with projects she started while still on the show, such as her podcast with best friend and makeup artist Joey Camasta, "It's Happening with Snooki & Joey," as well as regularly posting on her Youtube channel. To many fans' surprise, Nicole has not completely left television quite yet either. Earlier this year, her new HGTV show, Beach Cabana Royale, premiered exclusively on the streaming service Discovery+. Nicole was also featured in a Super Bowl commercial for Paramount+. She was later spotted filming a lunch date with Angelina, sparking rumors that she will in fact be returning to the show.
Nicole's former co-star, Pauly D, recently confirmed these rumors, revealing she will be returning for the upcoming season of Jersey Shore; Family Vacation; however, it may only be a cameo appearance. Although the cast has already wrapped up filming the season, a premiere date has yet to be announced. It will likely air sometime in the spring. Nicole has yet to confirm if she will in fact be making an appearance the season.
