fans may want Snooki to return to the show, but they definitely do not want a return of her spinoff show with Jwoww, Snooki & Jwoww. Just a few months prior to the end of Jersey Shore in 2012, best friend duo Snooki and Jwoww took on their own show during which they lived in an apartment together in New Jersey. The show went on for four seasons as fans watched Snooki and Jwoww's highs and lows including pregnancies, marriages and of course drama. The Jersey Shore roommates even made a few appearances on the show.
Snooki and Jwoww have been inseparable since the early days of Jersey Shore. They have been by each other's sides through every breakup, relationship, pregnancy and all of the drunk nights in between. After both Jersey Shore and Snooki & Jwoww came to end, the duo stayed close as they often brought their kids together for playdates. Both Snooki and Jwoww returned for Jersey Shore: Family Vacation in 2018. Snooki later quit the show due to the ongoing drama of Angelina's wedding. She is now working on her own individual projects but will return to reality TV sometime this year.
Snooki and Jwoww sparked rumors of the return of their show when they posted photos on Instagram together from their recent sleepover. Fans took to Reddit to discuss their thoughts on the potential return of Snooki & Jwoww. To much surprise, many were completely against this idea. While they would love to see Snooki return to TV, fans are tired of Jwoww. They do not even want her to stay on Jersey Shore let alone another show. However, they are for a show of similar taste but revolving around Snooki and Deena rather than Jwoww. For a while during quarantine Snooki and Deena were doing weekly Instagram live videos together. The meatball duo would stay up late and drink wine as they answered fans' questions and told stories. One fan even came up with a potential title for their show, "Mawma Meatball."
Although this show was quite a hit when it aired, even lasting four seasons, fans feel as though Jwoww has changed since then. Recently, Jwoww has brought a ton of drama to Jersey Shore: Family Vacation. For a majority of the spinoff series, Jwoww has been seen as the mean girl of the group. Not only has Jwoww's personality changed, her looks have changed as well. Some fans did in fact like the idea, explaining they want to see more into Snooki's everyday life as a mom. In fact, fans recently praised both Snooki and Jwoww for being such good moms to their kids. Despite many being against the idea of this show's return, they claimed they would still watch it if it were to happen.
Snooki and Jwoww have always had a special and fun bond together. If their spinoff show did in fact return it could potentially show the ladies in a different light. Maybe being outside of the Jersey Shore environment will cause Jwoww to be less aggressive as she would be seen more in her day to day life. Whether fans are for it or not, it is highly likely that the return of this show would do well as the original series did in fact succeed.
