Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi revealed to Jersey Shore fans that her old roommate Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola blocked her on social media. Sammi had a hard time in the vacation rental thanks to her toxic relationship with Ronnie Orttiz Magro. Snooki tried her best to be friendly, but the two never seemed to bond.
In 2019, Jersey Shore celebrated its 10-year anniversary. The MTV reality series introduced viewers to some of the guidos and guidettes of Seaside Heights who made the shore their home for two months. Whether it was fist pumping at the now-closed Bamboo or day-drinking, the roommates embraced their stereotype and made quite the name for themselves. As the roommates got older, their lives started to change, with many having children. While their carefree summer days are over, many fans thought they would always be a family.
However, that is not the case as fans have learned via E! News that Sammi is no longer in contact with Jersey Shore's star, Snooki. Sammi even went so far as to block Snooki. While the rest of the gang is getting ready for a new season of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation, Sammi will once again be missing out on all the festivities. Sadly, Snooki revealed that Sammi just isn't interested in jumping back into the limelight. The mother of three shared that the roommates tried their best to get Sammi to reconsider by texting her, but the William Paterson University graduate replied, "No, I'll never do that show again."
Snooki also revealed that she went to send Sammi a text but realized that she had blocked her. Snooki shared, "I don't know what I did. It's unfortunate." Snooki added that she isn't sure what she did to upset Sammi but hoped that one day they could talk, nothing that Jersey Shore and the house isn't full until everyone is back under one roof. For years, Sammi has maintained a lower profile and always said she would like to stay away from Jersey Shore due to its toxicity.
Even though Snooki may not be speaking with her Jersey Shore co-star, she has a lot to keep her mind busy. Recently, she was honored by being put on a Cheez-It box alongside RuPaul. The fashionista is still running her boutique, The Snooki Shop and has even opened up a store down at Seaside Heights close to the T-shirt shop. While Sammi may not be returning anytime soon, Snooki still wishes her all the best and wants her to know the door is always open.
