Many Jersey Shore stars have had their fair share of fights and controversies over the years, but one of the series' most well-known feuds has been between Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi and Angelina Pivarnick. Despite only appearing in just a handful of episodes in the original series, Angelina stirred up a lot of drama on the show. Over the years, Snooki has tried to rebuild her friendship with Angelina. However, in doing so, they have had a ton of ups and downs in their relationship.
As one of the original cast members, Angelina caused plenty of controversies on Jersey Shore season 1. When the roommates were cast on the show, they all agreed to work at the shore store. In doing so, they were allowed to stay in the shore house. By the third episode, Angelina was already refusing to work, and she was consequently kicked out of the house. She later returned for just a few episodes of the second season as well. In her short time on the show, Angelina was involved in a lot of drama.
Snooki and Angelina did not have any major falling-outs during the first season, but the fans always noticed that there was a weird behavior between Snooki and Angelina while filming Jersey Shore. Snooki, like the rest of the roommates, found Angelina's actions to be disrespectful towards their boss Danny. When Snooki arrived at the Miami house in season 2, she did not acknowledge Angelina's presence. At the time, Snooki had claimed that Angelina would bad-mouth her behind her back both on and off of the show. While all Snooki was looking for was an apology, she ended up getting into a massive fight with Angelina. The two went back and forth as Angelina continued to deny talking about Snooki behind her back. The fight later escalated when Angelina made out with Vinny and Snooki called her "sloppy seconds," as she also had a romantic history with Vinny. Snooki and Angelina got into a physical altercation resulting in Angelina leaving yet again.
On the other hand, most chapters in this feud have nothing to do with Snooki and Vinny's short romantic fling. When the cast returned for the spin-off series, Snooki was shocked to see Angelina sitting at the dining room table with the guys. She repeatedly told Ronnie that Angelina was "not a nice girl." Snooki also claimed that, three months prior to filming spin-off, Angelina had sold a story to the tabloids in which she called Snooki ugly. Angelina initially denied the allegations but did apologize later. Snooki and Angelina were on good terms for quite some time following her apology, as Angelina even asked Snooki to be a bridesmaid at her wedding. But while everything seemed to be going well between Angelina and Snooki leading up to the wedding, the girls' bridesmaids speech changed all of that. That speech led to the biggest falling out amongst Snooki, Angelina, Deena, and JWoww.
In the end, Snooki quit the spin-off at Angelina's wedding because of all the drama that it caused. While Angelina has managed to work things out with JWoww and Deena, it is unknown where her friendship currently stands with Snooki. In March 2021, the two were spotted filming a lunch date together which is presumed to air on the upcoming season of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation. A premiere date for the second half of season 4 has yet to be announced.
