Everyone's favorite meatball may be returning to television screens sooner than fans expected. Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi just hinted at a new show with the upcoming streaming service Paramount Plus. Back in December, the former Jersey Shore star revealed in an Instagram Q&A that she is not done with reality TV for good. In fact, she already had some plans up her sleeve to make her return in 2021.
Nicole, better known as Snooki, was one of the original roommates in the Jersey Shore house when the show first started in 2009. Over the years, fans watched as Nicole showed off her carefree and wild personality. Without even trying, she brought a ton of humor to the show. This all changed when Nicole became pregnant right before the final season. Despite being pregnant, Nicole powered through to spend one last summer with her roomies. She went on to marry her now-husband Jionni and have two more kids. Nicole later reunited with her former roommates for the show's spin-off series Jersey Shore: Family Vacation. After three seasons on the show, Nicole announced she was quitting following the drama at Angelina's wedding.
Nicole may be making her return to television sooner than fans anticipated. Over the weekend, Paramount Plus released a brand new trailer for their upcoming streaming service. Nicole shared the video to her Instagram story, pointing out her cameo in the promo. She later posted the video on her feed, poking fun at her infamous Jersey Shore quote, "Where's the beach," with the caption, "Where's the peak," in reference to the Paramount mountain. Although she did not say much regarding why she was in the video, she took to Twitter to give a few more hints. She again shared the video, telling fans to "wish [her] luck" as she is "too hungover for this." After a fan shared the video, praising Snooki for continuing to work to bring in money for her family, the former Jersey Shore star responded. She assured fans that she will "be back on [their] tv screens soon."
During the short video, fans saw familiar faces of all sorts. On the March 4 release date, subscribers will get to watch some of their favorites from all genres of television, such as Survivor, Dora the Explorer, The Challenge, NCIS, and more. In the promo video, the dramatic voiceover explained that on Paramount Mountain "heroes and truth seekers" can be found, as well as "world travelers and world champions," and even Snooki. She is seen climbing the mountain in the cold, while wearing her iconic cheetah print, saying, "Ugh this sucks." She went on to say, "I'm too hungover for this." Nicole definitely added some comedy to the somewhat intense commercial.
So, what could this new show for Jersey Shore alum Nicole entail? Perhaps it will be a reality show about her boutiques, or maybe one focused on her everyday life as a working mom of three. Nicole has been working on eating healthier and exercising again, so maybe it will be a fitness show.
