Since 2009, Jersey Shore has influenced pop culture and the Internet with its outrageous episodes and timeless cast members. Whether it is Pauly D getting "grenades" at the club or Sammi and Ronnie in another screaming match, the show is stacked with many scenes that are extremely memorable.
Out of the six original seasons, although the cast was wild most of the time, some moments from the cast members are too iconic to forget, even over a decade later.
Pauly D: Stage 5 Clinger
The common term for a girl or guy who does not get the hint or is a little too attached was created by the one and only Pauly D.
In season one, he meets "Danielle the Stalker," who gives him an "I Heart Jewish Girls" T-shirt, attempts to bring him to Israel with her, and follows him to his DJ gig in Rhode Island, all in a matter of days of meeting each other. They finally met a truce, but he claimed she was a "Stage 5 Clinger" after their few encounters on the show.
Mike "The Situation": Rage In Italy
Although the gang had a lot of adventures in their Italy season and it ended up being one of the most entertaining Jersey Shore moments, one major takeaway from this trip was when The Situation ended up in a neck brace.
After many episodes of tension between him and Ronnie, everything hit the fan—quite literally—with a physical altercation in the room. Ronnie flipped over Mike's bed, causing Mike to get angry and hit his head into a concrete wall. He ended up with a mild concussion and injured for a week in addition to becoming a viral meme.
Ronnie: Come At Me, Bro
A drunken encounter with a stranger turned violent when Ronnie fistfought on the boardwalk. A random man said that he and Sammi should "go home where they belong," which led Sammi to talk back to the man and Ronnie to tackle and punch the guy instead of being verbal.
Ronnie was not arrested, though he suffered a black eye. However, this scene's social impact on teenagers everywhere was magnetic; you could not go anywhere without hearing "come at me, bro!" taken from his fighting words.
Vinny: Rob Kardashian Of Staten Island
The tone of this episode was intense, with many arguments taking place in the house between all of the cast members. It isn't until Vinny and Angelina's hatred comes to fruition where Vinny makes a statement that stays in our minds forever.
After some back and forth cursing and accusing each other of causing trouble, Vinny calls Angelina "Kim Kardashian," and then he quickly corrects himself and says she is more like Rob due to how ugly she is. Weirdly enough, the two enemies end up hooking up by the end of the night after this exchange.
Snooki: Public Intoxication On The Beach
In season three, Snooki ends up taking way too many shots during her shift at the T-shirt shop and becomes extremely intoxicated. This scene includes the iconic "where's the beach?" quote, which was right next to her the entire time, and the episode ends with her being taken by the Seaside cops for public intoxication. Although JWoww and Deena were on the boardwalk to help her out, her day did not end as planned.
Sammi Sweetheart: Battle At Bamboo
A typical night for the crew at the club Bamboo turned sour after a woman messes with Sammi. The cast members met the woman in the club, which was cordial, and then became heated when she pulled Sammi's hair.
The two women end up fighting in the middle of the dancefloor, which includes rolling around the entire floor until it finally was settled down. She told her friends that it was "her against the world" as they left the club and headed home.
JWoww: The Note
After dealing with the Ronnie and Sammi drama for many seasons, JWoww and Snooki decide to type up an "anonymous" letter and leave it in Sammi's room, which outlines all of Ronnie's previous hookups he partook in while in Miami.
All hell breaks loose for Sammi, and the scene ends in JWoww getting in Sammi's face after admitting she helped write the note. A major fight ensues with fists and hair pulling, leading to others in the house continuing to fight on top of this.
Angelina: Dirty Little Hamster
Angelina was constantly called out for how she never cleaned up after herself in the house. However, by the end of her time on the show, The Situation reached his boiling point. After he saw a used menstrual pad on the bathroom floor, he took matters into his own hands and placed it under Angelina's pillow.
A yelling match between the two begins, and the label "dirty little hamster" for Angelina's hygiene practices is born. This led to a physical fight, and, finally, her moving out of the house.
Deena: Arrested For Dancing
A self-proclaimed "Meatball Day" turns into Deena going to the drunk tank at the police station in the final season of the show's original run. After a night of drinking, Deena goes to the boardwalk and holds "auditions" for a new meatball since Snooki is pregnant.
She dances around and continues to drink her worries away until she is arrested for dancing in the street. Since she was a danger to incoming traffic, it was best that Deena was taken to the station until she sobered up.
