Jersey Shore: Family Vacation fans will never forget Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, Jenni "JWoww" Farley and Deena Buckner's infamous wedding toasts at Angelina's wedding, and it's now being reported that Angelina was the one who leaked the toasts to the public to make her co-stars look bad. In late 2019, Angelina married Chris Larangeira, who recently filed for divorce from the star, at Park Château Estate & Gardens in East Brunswick, New Jersey. Paul "DJ Pauly D" DelVecchio, Vinny Guadagnino, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino were all in attendance, along with Snooki, Jenni and Deena, who were her bridesmaids. While the wedding started out as a dream come true, it went downhill when Snooki, Jenni and Deena gave their toasts to the bride.
After the wedding, audio of the girls' toasts leaked online but was later shown during the Jersey Shore: Family Vacation season 3 episode "The Speech." During their toasts, the girls made several jokes that they assumed Angelina would find funny but instead received "boos" from the guests and caused Angelina to disappear from her own wedding for nearly an hour. In their speeches, the stars referred to Angelina as "the lice to my hair" and "the dump to our island"–an insult to Staten Island, which many of the guests took personally. The speeches prompted Angelina to cut off contact with her co-stars while they continued to apologize, explaining they were only joking and never meant to hurt Angelina's feelings.
However, over two years later, it's being reported that Angelina leaked the original audio of the wedding toasts to make her co-stars look bad and so fans of the show would turn on them. A source told the U.S. Sun that Angelina revealed to her soon-to-be ex-husband that she was the one who leaked the audio, leading fans to attack Snooki, Jenni and Deena on social media. According to the source, Angelina leaked the audio before the wedding episode aired, knowing it would reflect poorly on her fellow Jersey Shore castmates. The source also claimed that Snooki, Jenni and Deena were very hurt about their co-star intentionally making them look bad.
The cast initially thought that a wedding guest had leaked the audio, but the source's story took a different angle. Angelina, however, fought back at the claims. The star alleged that Chris was to blame for the rumors, saying, "It's my husband trying to sabotage me. He is walking around trying to sabotage me and to gain sympathy from strangers. He is trying to get me fired off the show with lies." The same source also claimed that Angelina and her now-estranged husband knew what the girls were going to say in their wedding speeches, so it should not have been such a surprise.
It looks like the source of the leaked audio is another unsolved drama. While the source was convincing, fans might choose to take Angelina's word for it and leave the wedding drama in the past. The cast members have all since made up, so there's no use in digging up old Jersey Shore drama. The truth about the audio may or may not come out eventually, but hopefully, the cast members can forgive and forget instead of harping on the event that's already two years in the past.
