Recently, Dencik spoke to Screen Rant in an exclusive interview about his "great" experience working with Ana De Armas on No Time To Die. He expressed that he "really enjoyed" their scenes together and mentioned that she had a very lively presence on set. He continued to lavish his co-star with praise, stating that she had a "great energy" about her. Dencik also recalled verbal exchanges with the fellow cast member, where she would share stories from her childhood in Cuba. Check out what he had to say below:

"Oh, it was great. She was good fun. I really enjoyed the scenes that we did together and having her on set. She has a great energy around her and is talkative and open and, you know, curious. She, we would sit and talk quite a bit about her childhood in Cuba. I enjoyed acting with her, I think she's a great actress."

Ana de Armas as Paloma in No Time To Die

The Cuban-Spanish actress plays the role of Paloma, a CIA agent based in Cuba who helps Bond infiltrate a meeting between the agents of the evil organization Spectre to find Dr. Obruchev. While de Armas' appearance in No Time To Die was short-lived, she made a considerable impact, capturing the delightfully awkward personality of an agent on her first mission to perfection. Paloma proved to be more than an able sidekick to Bond, creating a thoroughly entertaining dynamic with the world-renowned spy in the process. There have been calls to bring her back into the fold in future 007 films, which wouldn't be out of the realms of possibility after the positive reception her character received for the film.

Ana de Armas has made quite the climb in her journey up the Hollywood ladder after appearances in 2017's Oscar-winning sci-fi epic Blade Runner 2049 and the 2019 murder-mystery film Knives Out, which earned her a Golden Globe nomination for Best Actress. The fact that she is also set to play the lead in the John Wick spinoff film, Ballerina, is a testament to her commitment and enthusiasm in embracing physically demanding roles. Fans of the popular spy franchise will be hoping to see more of Paloma in future 007 movies, but meanwhile, they can revisit De Armas' sparkling performance in No Time To Die now that the film is out on digital, Blu-ray and DVD.
