New set video from Bond 25 shows stars Daniel Craig, Jeffrey Wright and Lashana Lynch and director Cary Fukunaga hard at work on the film in Jamaica. The follow up to 2015's blockbuster Spectre, the 25th James Bond adventure marks Craig's fifth time playing secret agent 007. This time around, Oscar-winner Rami Malek will provide the adversary for Bond, though exact details of Malek's character are not yet known.

Of course, there was a time when it looked like Craig would not be back for Bond 25, but ultimately the actor relented and agreed to return. Danny Boyle was originally tapped to direct the film, taking over for Skyfall and Spectre helmer Sam Mendes, but creative differences ultimately forced Boyle out. In stepped Fukunaga, the director of HBO's acclaimed True Detective season 1. Another new addition to the creative team is Phoebe Waller-Bridge, creator of the show Fleabag, who has been tasked with punching up the script with an eye toward rounding out the female characters (the Bond series has of course been accused of mistreating female characters many times in the past).

Recently, fans were given their first look at Craig and Felix Leiter actor Wright on the set, and now a more extensive look at the film has come out via James Bond 007. The minute-long BTS clip shows Fukunaga, Craig and company on location in Jamaica, hard at working bringing the 25th James Bond adventure to life. The clip also gives fans their first look at Lynch as a new character named Nomi. See the video below:

As one would expect, the clip does not give very much away plot-wise. Much of the footage is background material mixed with a few shots of Fukunaga and his cast at work. One image does show James Bond himself wielding a gun while passing by a window. The clip ends with a very lens-flare heavy image of Craig striding through the frame with a bit of a grin on his face.

Of course, the fact that Craig is up and around at all is good news, after the actor recently injured his ankle while working on the film. Indeed, the entire shoot has been beset with mishaps, as recently a stuntman was also slightly injured during a controlled explosion at one of the movie's Pinewood Studios sets. In another embarrassing incident for the production, a man was arrested at the same Pinewood Studios set after allegedly placing a hidden camera in a women's bathroom.

Given all the negative publicity Bond 25 has received in recent weeks, Eon Productions likely felt the need to get something positive out there, so the world has been graced with the above one-minute BTS reel. This surely won't be enough to turn around the bad buzz surrounding the movie, but at least it provides reassurance for fans that the production is still on track.
