Screen Rant: I just want to know, over the years, what is the worst or oddest thing a doctor has ever said to you as a result of filming something on Jackass?

Steve-O: I had a chiropractor tell me that I was Keith Richards.

Oh?

Steve-O: Because he didn't see all of the damage on my x-rays that he expected to see.

Chris Pontius: I had someone tell me I was Keith Richards too.

Okay. Interesting.

Wee Man: I never got a Keith Richards.

Chris Pontius: It was actually in a completely different sense though and it wasn't a doctor.

Steve-O: Right. Yeah.

Chris Pontius: It was a Hollywood agent.

Steve-O: I was recently at the gathering of the Juggalos, which is this famous-

Chris Pontius: Insane Clown Posse.

Steve-O: Yeah.

I know about this. Yes.

Steve-O: They screamed, "Show us your butthole." And so I did.

Steve-O in Jackass Forever

Why was that the demand?

Steve-O: Yeah. I mean, I would show you, but that might get me in trouble.

Chris Pontius: That's what the crowd wanted to see.

Steve-O: That's what they wanted to see, and boy, did I show it to them.

One of my favorite things I noticed in this movie is, I never realized, Wee Man, how angry you get when the stunt goes longer than you were anticipating. You're like, “This is not what I was promised.” It cracked me up. What is the maddest you got while filming this movie?

Wee Man: I don't think I've gotten super mad.

Steve-O: The bungee and the human sacrifice.

Wee Man: Oh, yeah. The wedgie. The wedgie wasn't a one-take.

Chris Pontius: It wasn't a one-take. Yeah.

Oh, no!

Wee Man: It took a few takes to do the wedgie.

Chris Pontius: It gets really frustrating when they don't have the act together on the first take.

Wee Man: I want a stunt to like, “I know what I got to do, I'm going to do it, and I want this to be a one and done.” And usually, those ones are the ones that you're going to go through the pain till we get the footage.

Steve-O: Well, even when it goes exactly the way it's supposed to go and it's awesome, still the director's going to make you do it again because he thinks that there's a chance it might go even better. So we get made to do these things over and over and over and over again.

Steve-O, I got to say after 20 plus years of doing this, I'm surprised you entered a Porta-Potty on the set of Jackass.

Steve-O: I really had to poop.

Desperate times.

What does something like Jackass do to your paranoia levels? When you're on set, who is around where you're like, “Oh dear God, something is about to happen to me?”

Steve-O: This guy, Wee Man, went out of his way to try to avoid being pranked. I don't understand that because to me that's like trying to not get footage in the movie.

Chris Pontius: It's weird because, in the last movie, they did stuff with the porta-potties and ambushing, but sure enough, on this movie, I walked right into a porta-potty without thinking about being ambushed at all and it blows. I mean, it blows up and there's fire in there. I'm like, whoa, they're going really far on this one, and they blew up porta-potties on anyone who was foolish enough to walk into them, and then use the best ones.

Steve-O: Yeah. I mean I think my approach to the whole movie was to never look over my shoulder and just walk into whatever.

Chris Pontius: Just let it happen.

Steve-O: Yeah because then I might get more footage.

Chris Pontius: Totally.

Wee Man: Totally the opposite of what I thought.

Steve-O: Yeah. We Man, if Wee Man sits down, Wee Man's looking all around like, oh man, I don't trust this. Man, this is a prank.
