John Krasinki Is Back As Jack Ryan

In Jack Ryan season 3, Jack begins working as counter-intelligence in Rome before he goes on the run in order to stop Sokol. Ryan began season 1 as a CIA analyst working in Terror Finance and Arms Division (T-FAD), and in Jack Ryan season 2, he shifted to a post on Capitol Hill. Jack Ryan season 3 plunges him back into European geopolitics, which is a sweet spot for long-time Tom Clancy book readers. John Krasinski was best known as Jim from The Office before Krasinski directed and starred in the hit films A Quiet Place and A Quiet Place Part II. He also has a deeply personal tie to Sokol from his past, but what his true motives are and whether he can be trusted are for Jack Ryan to determine in season 3. James Cosmo is a celebrated Scottish actor who is best known for his roles as Jeor Mormont in Game of Thrones. Cosmo has also starred in dozens of films and TV series including Chernobyl, Wonder Woman, and Outlaw King.

Petr is President Alena Kovac's father and the Czech Republic's President's closest advisor. However, Petr has many secrets he keeps from his daughter, and he has questionable allegiances that lean towards the Russian plot to utilize Sokol to restore the Soviet Empire in Jack Ryan season 3. Peter Guinness is a British actor who starred in Chernobyl, Cursed, and King Arthur: Legend of the Sword. Guinness also provided the voice and motion capture for DeSaad in Zack Snyder's Justice League.
