Recently cast in Christopher Nolan's Oppenheimer, Jack Quaid has no plans of slowing down. After making his feature debut in 2012's The Hunger Games, Quaid has since gone on to build a reputation by voicing animations roles like Ensign Brad Boimler and tackling indie flicks like Tragedy Girls.
Quaid is now blowing audiences away with a villainous role in Scream 5 and his breakthrough performance as Hughie in The Boys. He has continued to show acting versatility by taking on a romcom, a heist film, and everything in between.

The Martin Scorsese-produced Vinyl explores the music scene of the 1970s New York through the lens of American Century, a fictional music label on the verge of being sold. Quaid plays Richie Kirsch, the Redditor boyfriend of Sam Carpenter (Melissa Barrera), who is the biological daughter of the original Ghostface.
Quaid proves in the film, considered one of the best legacy sequels, that he is capable of playing antagonistic characters with secrets to hide, a type of role he'd never prominently played before. Alongside franchise regulars Neve Campbell (Party Of Five), Courtney Cox (Friends), and David Arquette (Never Been Kissed), Quaid was joined by Jenna Ortega (You) and Mikey Madison (Better Things).
Star Trek: Lower Decks (2020-) - 83%
The ninth Star Trek series and first comedy in the universe, Star Trek: Lower Decks focuses on the activities of a low-ranking support crew on the starship 'Cerritos' in the year 2380. Quaid plays Ensign Brad Boimler, a human ensign who is known for his rule-following and inability to follow his gut.
Similar to his role on The Boys, Quaid displays with his performance on Lower Decks that he's able to transfer his nerdy, comedic sensibilities to the animated realm. While the show received mixed reviews during its initial outing, the critical consensus was that it found its voice going into the second season.

In the Midwestern town of Rosedale, Tragedy Girls depicts the lives of two high school seniors who capture a serial killer and begin committing murders in his name to boost their true-crime social media following. In his first screen role, Quaid plays a secondary antagonist, Marvel, a tribute from one of the wealthier districts that plays a pivotal part in the middle of the film.
With his debut, Quaid confirmed right from the beginning he was able to share the screen with Hollywood heavyweights like Jennifer Lawrence, in one of her best roles. Even though his character wasn't in the second book, Quaid was asked to reprise his role in a cameo for the sequel, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, a testament to his performance.

Against the backdrop of millennial weddings, Plus One tells the story of two longtime college friends who agree to be each other's dates to every wedding they're invited to. Quaid plays Ben King, a bachelor who is fixated on one of his former classmates before realizing his true love is much closer to him than he thinks.

Occurring during Memorial Day Weekend, Logan Lucky follows a pair of brothers and their accomplices as they attempt to rob Charlotte Motor Speedway in North Carolina during the Coca-Cola 600. Quaid plays Fish Bang, the dimwitted brother of safecracker Joe Bang (Daniel Craig), who helps with the heist.
Though a smaller role, Fish Bang is an early career showcase of Quaid's ability to maintain his comedic edge in a film while part of a larger ensemble. Considered one of Steven Soderbergh's best movies, the cast of Logan Lucky includes Channing Tatum (Magic Mike), Adam Driver (Marriage Story), and Riley Keough (Mad Max: Fury Road).
The Boys (2019-) - 93%
Considered the best live-action superhero show, The Boys tracks a group of vigilantes, who combat 'Supes' that abuse their superhuman abilities. Quaid stars in the show as Hughie Campbell Jr., a civilian tech specialist who joins the titular group after he faces a personal tragedy caused by a renegade Supe.
In his breakout role that rides the line effortlessly between black comedy and drama, Quaid's performance grounds the satire and its increasingly outlandish set pieces. The Amazon show has become one of the buzziest on television, proof of Quaid's chemistry with co-stars Karl Urban (Star Trek), Antony Starr (Banshee), and Erin Moriarty (Captain Fantastic).
Batman: The Long Halloween (2021) - 100%
The 42nd DC animated movie, Batman: The Long Halloween follows the titular hero's attempts to stop 'the Holiday Killer', a murderer who first strikes on November's eve. Quaid plays Alberto Falcone, the son of mob boss Carmine Falcone from whom Alberto feels he's never earned respect.
With Alberto, Quaid delivers a dynamic, tragic performance previously confined to his live-action roles. The Long Halloween was universally well-received by critics and fans and includes a voice cast of Jensen Ackles (Supernatural), Josh Duhamel (Transformers), and Naya Rivera in her final role.
