The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 12 is airing on Bravo, and loyal fans think that the show has run its course. This season was the most highly-anticipated installment to date, following a dramatic season 11. RHOBH is able to draw interest from viewers, and has record breaking ratings, but diehard fans feel that the series doesn't live up to the hype. Bravo viewers miss older seasons of RHOBH, where the parties were over the top, and the petty, surface level drama wasn't taken seriously.

On RHOBH season 12, fans are happy to see that the storylines don't revolve around one person as they have in the past. However, there is an obvious divide within the current group of women, which causes each housewife to be biased toward their friend. Kyle Richards, Lisa Rinna, Dorit Kemsley, and Erika Jayne are part of the "Fox Force Five," and won't hold their fellow castmates accountable when they are in the wrong. Since they've been on the show for a while, they know how to play the game, and blame other people to keep their hands clean.

The other half of the group includes newer housewives like Garcelle Beauvais, Sutton Stracke, Crystal Kung Minkoff, and Diana Jenkins. They can easily see how fake the RHOBH veterans are. However, the older cast members seem to be favored by the producers, to the extent that the skeletons in their closet are never discussed or added to the show's plot. Fans are becoming annoyed by how inauthentic and calculated the show has become, and it might be time for Bravo to pull the plug.

Erika's Storyline Is Getting Old

ERIKA JAYNE RHOBH

Erika was the center of attention on RHOBH season 11, as her legal issues regarding her estranged husband Tom Girardi were continuing to unfold in real time. Many of the housewives coddled Erika, while others didn't stand for her nonsense. Viewers had more than enough time to collect the facts while season 11 aired, and before season 12 began. Real Housewives fans made up their minds, and most of them believe that she is guilty. In season 12, Erika inserts herself into every argument, and indirectly tries to make everything about herself. When Sutton and Lisa feuded over the Elton John Gala, Erika claimed Sutton's receipts were "slander," when she wasn't even at the event to make such accusations. At this point, fans are fed up with Erika's dragged out storyline, and have given up hope that she will admit to embezzling money from victims.

RHOBH Fans Believe Dorit's Robbery Was Staged

Dorit Kemsley RHOBH Season 12 confessional

As time goes by, the RHOBH drama is starting to seem more fabricated. After last season, the show's producers considered giving Dorit the boot because she wasn't creating enough drama. Coincidentally, Dorit's home was broken into at the beginning of season 12. It was heartbreaking for viewers to watch Dorit and her family go through this tragic ordeal, but some fans are skeptical, and believe that Dorit's break in was staged. The details of the robbery don't seem to be adding up, and fans think it's inappropriate for Dorit to participate in her therapy sessions on TV. If Dorit is really that shaken up by the home invasion, viewers believe she would keep that part of her life off camera. If RHOBH cast members have to use fake storylines in order to stay on the show, the series may be hitting a new low.

Sutton & Crystal's Feud Is Going Nowhere

Sutton Crystal

Sutton and Crystal's feud gets plenty of screen time on RHOBH season 12, and it's frustrating for viewers to watch. The two were at odds last season because Sutton told Crystal she "doesn't see color," which offended Crystal. It seemed like they squashed their beef, but old wounds returned when Crystal revealed that a "dark" comment was made by Sutton, which hurt her feelings. Viewers find it aggravating that Crystal refuses to tell the others what was said. Either the producers are banned from showing the old footage (since Sutton's statement could actually be racist), Crystal is too afraid to embarrass Sutton, or Crystal is lying about the entire conversation. The whole premise of shows like RHOBH centers on backing up claims with previous scenes, and that doesn't seem to be the case this season.
