Warning! Spoilers for Tech-On Avengers #2 by Marvel Comics below

After the Avengers and the rest of Earth's Mightiest Heroes lost their powers, Iron Man saved Wolverine with an armor that effectively serves as his new healing factor. In a new preview for Tech-On Avengers #1, Wolverine is back in action despite nearly dying after his healing factor was taken away from him. The reason he's still alive? Iron Man gave Logan a billion-dollar armor that's keeping him put together as his body fights back.

Wolverine's healing factor is an integral power for the hero, as his near-immortality means he has rarely ever died. However, in the first issue of Tech-On Avengers, the Red Skull used the remaining remnants of the shattered Infinity Stones to take away the powers of every hero on Earth. As a result, Captain America reverted to his Tiny Steve form, Spider-Man's spider-sense disappeared, and worst of all, Wolverine's adamantium bones began to kill him. But, for those wondering if Logan would make it past the second issue, Marvel's new preview for the series reveals he's got a new way of dealing with his lack of powers.

In Tech-On Avengers #2 by Jim Zub, Jeff "Chamba" Cruz, and VC's Travis Lanham, the Avengers continue their attack in brand new mech suits against a super-powered Red Skull. When Captain Marvel spots Wolverine in his own mech and wonders how he's in the fight after nearly being killed after getting depowered, he jokingly responds that Tony Stark's "crazy tin can plan" stabilized his healing factor and allowed him to join the battle.

How could Wolverine's healing factor become stabilized if he doesn't have powers? That's a great question. Tech-On Avengers isn't as much about logic as it's about giant mech superheroes getting in over-the-top battles. So, it's best not to think too hard about it. Regardless, Iron Man's reaction is hilarious, as he's offended by the notion he made a "tin can," telling Wolverine that it's actually a "billions of dollars of lifesaving custom-made 3D-printed armor."

Iron Man's intelligence remains ridiculous, even in this out-of-continuity story, as the chances he happened to build a mech suit that could keep Wolverine alive is quite the feat. Still, it's fun to see Wolverine back in action in a giant mech suit as his healing factor fails him. It seems Iron Man has a solution for every problem his way.
